Responding to accusations from U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions that she enabled more than 800 undocumented immigrants to avoid arrest last week, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf on Wednesday stood her ground, saying the government is targeting undocumented immigrants with no criminal records.
“My response to the attorney general’s statements … How dare you vilify members of our community,” Schaaf said during a press conference following the attorney general’s remarks.

They all should have criminal records. They committed a crime by illegally entering the US. She’s a moron.

Good grief - just arrest them already. And when the usual march by the usual suspects occur, you can arrest them too.
The rest were criminals with no records. They all entered our country or overstayed after a legal entry, so they all deserve to be deported for that crime.

Before Sessions arrested anybody he’d have to ask Rosenstein, “Mother, may I?”
Schaaf, Jerry Brown, and various other California officials are insurrectionists. Filing a lawsuit against them is not nearly enough. The case will wind its way through the courts for years. These officials need to be arrested by Federal marshals and tried in Federal courts ASAP.
You are correct they are criminals. That is irrefutable. But they do not have criminal RECORDS. The mayor is putting a,fine point on it. And SHE is the very reason they aren’t arrested and have the criminal records.
Sounds a lot like the Menendez brothers arguing they shouldn’t be held accountable for their heinous murders because they are orphans.
Unable to refute the charges of sedition and treason, how dare you deny them?
