There will not be a trial, or any use of evidence to nail this ‘boy’. Why? Because the rules of evidence were violated at the very beginning. If this ‘boy’ changes his plea to not guilty he will be ‘suicided’ before an attorney can nail this violation.

In fact their last orders were more or less to never arrest students; they were continuing the insanity they’d been instructed to enact.
The arrest was brought about by CITY cops, not the sheriff deputies.

Crazy or not Cruz deserves a public hanging with this Christmas being his last. Instead millions will be spent defending this POS and even if he gets the death sentence he will be eligible for AARP before justice would be done.
