Adult film star Stormy Daniels sued Donald Trump Tuesday, alleging that he never signed the nondisclosure agreement that his lawyer had arranged with her.
The civil suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by NBC News, alleges that her agreement not to disclose her "intimate" relationship with Trump is not valid because while both Daniels and Trump's attorney Michael Cohen signed it, Trump never did.

‘he’s just not into you’ ping
Now if he raped women like Bill Clinton did - or had police escort women to a hotel room and exposed himself to them like Clinton did to Paula - that would matter. But sex with a slut? Don't care.
I don't care if Trump had sex with a slut ten or twenty years ago... or if he had sex with a hundred sluts...
It's good to be God Emperor!
“Wrong.”
No, what I said was correct. I didn’t say there was a crime. I said they would want to push the lawsuit to the point they could get a deposition.
“What is the crime hes accused of?”
Who is alleging there was a crime?
“Trump was not in office at the time of this situation and the courts have generally ruled that anything a president does before election is not going to be adjudicated while hes president.”
Clinton was not president when he exposed himself to Paula Jones. Granted, he WAS governor and she was a state employee if I am not mistaken, but he wasn’t president yet.
Clinton was governor of Arkansas when he harassed Jones, an employee of the State of Arkansas.
I was able to accept all the crap thrown at Trump in 2016 because I’ve move on from being a social conservative.
My point of view is more libertarian although if my sexual activities hurt others I believe there’s something wrong with that.
I accepted that Trump said what he said to Billy Bush because in my humanity I’ve said things nasty and as a former Dem. POTUS put it “lusted in my heart” after women.
If this happened, it happened.
Her 15 minutes of 'fame' expired several months ago.
Alred is the butt of jokes about dragging a $10.oo dollar bill through a trailer park.
Sort of, they both involve getting wet...
No cause of action, she just wants to cash in on her "story"... she wants to sell her big blockbuster tell-all stuff. She had to sue to try and break this non-disclosure agreement.
I don't think she's going to get rich on this one, but what the heck, I guess its worth a shot.
Let me guess. Gloria Allred?
No. The attorney was acting as an agent for Trump and plaintiff is allowed to reasonably rely on the validity of that agency relationship.
In simpler terms, as long as all of the other elements of a valid contract are in place, the contract is valid.
I wouldn't be upset if President Trump settled for one term. Let one of those traitors to the voters in the US Senate and HOR step up and get President Trump's campaign promises into law. It has to be done before January, when the dems take over legislative DC. That would earn Deplorable support to get the nomination.
Are you listening, Rand Paul? You seem to be the only one who consistently speaks with your own voice.
But Clinton lied during his sworn testimony to Ken Starr, who was investigating Whitewater and expanded to other issues (including Jones). He didnt lie in a deposition for the Jones lawsuit itself.
Also, the Jones lawsuit was directly against Clinton; despite the NBC-speak and lawyer-speak, it isnt even clear who Stormy is legally suing and why.
The alleged fictitious name they used in the document for President Trump
Thats another bizarre thing about this. If a name other than DJT is used in the agreement, nor is he a signatory, why does she think suing Trump is valid?
Stormy, just tweet your BS story, or tell it to the Enquirer (aka, CNN). A thrown-out lawsuit will just make it less believable.
