To: Attention Surplus Disorder
So what is the cause of action?

No cause of action, she just wants to cash in on her "story"... she wants to sell her big blockbuster tell-all stuff. She had to sue to try and break this non-disclosure agreement.

I don't think she's going to get rich on this one, but what the heck, I guess its worth a shot.

Agree. Though it would be trivial in the overall scheme of things, it would seem as a matter of equity that her $130K should be returned. But the law does not enforce itself.
