Not to mention age of sex consent and age to prosecute as an adult. Just stick the 20 year olds in juvie.

The violent movie rating must now be raised to PG-21 for all the snowflakes.

I don’t know American law at all,
but I did wonder how Walmart would pull this off.

If the age for owning or purchasing firearms is raised to 21 it will make them illegal owners and seriously have a negative affect on millions of Trump supporters

Not to mention completely phawking up the balance of nature.

The kids are great at thinning out the squirrels, groundhogs, and other pests.

when I was growing up and PA had a 21 year drinking age and NY had a 18 year age - lots of 18-20 year old boys and girls would cross state lines to be able to indulge....which put them in more danger than if they could have gotten it at home.

I'm of your vintage and can remember the same situation in the southern tier of PA with MD having the lower age.

Then MADD got involved, called them "blood borders" and the next thing you know Congress is extorting Federal highway funding to force all states to go to 21.

The 2nd Amendment says the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. And the amendment says one reason is because of the needs of the militia.

And in US Code, Title 10, Section 246, says the militia includes all able bodied men 17 to 45 years old. So, it would seem that men 17 years old and older must be allowed to obtain firearms they can then keep and bear.

Make sense?

I’m still wondering why there haven’t been any gay couples that have gone to bakeries in Dearborn, Islamberg, Patterson, Brooklyn, Minneapolis, Portland-Maine, Tampa, Hicksville, and asked any Muslim bakers to bake them a wedding cake.

As for the age to buy weapons, I’m waiting for a sensible(hard to find, I know) member of Congress to put a bill forward saying that if they’re raising the age to buy guns, then the ages to vote and join the military go with it.

In Georgia they can. Privately owned businesses can call make the rules, regardless of how the concealed carry laws changed over the last few years.

Could you refuse to sell the weapons if they were a protected class?

Make sense?

Who needs sense?

If they can find the RIGHT to kill the unborn (Life; Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness be damned) in a 'penumbra' of some phrase; then SENSE is the LAST thing this Country is using.

REPENTANCE will be the ONLY thing that straightens us up; but even a 911 event only lasts for a short, SHORT while as an incentive.

What I find the most troubling thing about all of this is, the fact that the media and their Democratic puppets have been able to flip the script, yet again.

We’re being forced to focus on gun sales, the restriction of gun sales, raising age limits, “more intensive” background checks, gun bans, bump stock bans, etc etc.

What we should be talking about, before any of that is, the failure upon failure upon failure of the government to do their jobs. We should be talking about the doctors that gave Cruz a free pass. We should be talking about kids being prescribed psychoactive medications that bring out violence. We should be talking about Big Pharma’s role in all of this. We should be talking about the Broward Cty School system defrauding the taxpayer with their Promise program. We should be talking about the BCSO and their response to the ENTIRE SH*TSHOW, not just the day of the shooting. We should be talking about Broward Cty pocketing taxpayer dollars based on fraud.

But, nope, we’ll talk about taking God-given, inalienable rights away from law abiding citizens.

Yep - and for a while the control propaganda was “Stay alive, Drive 55” as they pressured the States in other ways too...

I agree 100%. I was asking because I really wanted to know if what I wrote makes sense.

It’s done all the time. You face timing with your buddy and he’s telling you “I want that one”? Sorry, I smell a straw purchase, Buh Bye. Anything suspicious will get you bounced anymore. Go ahead and sue, no jury in the world will argue that you should have sold the gun to the individual.
