Michael Bloomberg-funded Moms Demand Action is urging Amazon, Apple, and YouTube to cut ties with NRATV.
DirectTV, AT&T, Google, and Roku are also being pressured to make the break.
According to Huff Post, Moms Demand Action founder Shannon Watts released a statement saying, “NRATV is home to the NRA’s most dangerous and violence-inciting propaganda. It’s time for tech leaders to acknowledge their role in helping the NRA spread this dangerous content and cut it out.”
She added, “We demand that Apple, Amazon, AT&T’s DIRECTV, Google and Roku all dump NRATV once and for all.”
Brad Chase is friends with the father of a Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting survivor. Chase launched a Change.org petition urging Amazon to end its relationship with NRATV. He said, “The NRA has long ignored its role in promoting gun violence and betrayed the names of good and responsible gun owners. It’s time to hold them, and their partners, accountable … a company like Amazon should not be spreading their message.”
Chase presents hims as a supporter of the First Amendment but believes “companies like Amazon [give the NRA] an unchecked conduit into American homes.”
The effort to pressure force a wedge between tech companies and NRATV comes after more than a dozen companies severed relationships with the NRA, ending discounts for the NRA’s more than 5 million members.

In spite of the NRA having nothing to do with any aspect (before, during or after) of the Florida shooting - the enemy is very adept at following the rules.
The “Number One Issue” at today’s Governor’s Conference is Gun Control. Not law enforcement and school administrator malfeasance and failure, but Gun Control.
We are being had, folks. The fix is in.
Time to sue moms demand action into oblivion. They have no right to restrict the rights of other organizations.
I demand YouTube pull Moms Demand Actions’ videos immediately and I demand twitter suspend their accounts because of their vile hate filled actions.
Change the focus back to the DOJ and FBI conducting a coup against a duly elected president That is far more important at this time then a gun debate. I’m so disappointed to see how this topic is no longer covered.

Blaming the NRA for shooting incidents is like blaming AAA for drunk driving accidents.

All the Golden Parachutes in Broward County won’t protect him from the numerous civil lawsuits soon to be filed again him.
We don’t live in a democracy but a corporatist state.
Sheriff Israel strikes me as the kinda guy who’d’ve planned for this eventuality and have files on anyone who could make him go.
