Quinn Norton Twitter ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The New York Times decided to sever ties with the newest addition to their editorial page on Tuesday just hours after they announced her arrival.
Tech writer Quinn Norton ended her very short tenure at the newspaper after controversy erupted over her use of racial and homophobic slurs on Twitter.
Despite our review of Quinn Nortons work and our conversations with her previous employers, this was new information to us, read a statement from editorial page editor, James Bennet.
Based on it, weve decided to go our separate ways.
In a series of tweets, Norton admitted to being friends with various neo-Nazis although she claimed she never agreed with them.
In one conversation from 2013, Norton wrote Heres the deal, ft. Free speech comes with responsibility. not legal, but human. grown up. you can do this.
In another oddly prescient tweet from 2014, she said Today I realized Id probably make a lot more money being a racist for @nytimes.
Despite the early dismissal, Norton seemed to take the situation in stride.

I once fired an employee for stealing a candy bar and the state awarded him unemployment.
Social media claims another one. Is anyone keeping score?
She used the word ‘faggot’, so OF WITH HER HEAD!
Doesn’t matter that she used it against a Neo-Nazi...............I guess Neo-Nazi faggots are to be protected, too...................
Nope. She wasn’t fired. Her termination had nothing to do with any failure at her work. However, she’ll probably get about 23 cents per day unemployment.
Ironically, she probably was slandering her “friends” as being neo-Nazis.
but only for a very short time. You can’t work a day and then get 6 mos unemployment.
With the exception of Donald Trump nothing good ever comes from using Twitter.
Was it a Snickers?.................
She can go hang out with Bob Beckel and all of the other prog frauds who scream at us about how were all a bunch of racist homophobes while they throw out racial and homophobia epitaphs all day long.
Just looked at mine. The line has been completely changed to “jive ass turkey ain’t got no brains anyhaw.”
NY Times continues to slip in viewership, subscriptions, ratings, content.
Here’s a person that is able to hold a conversation with a group she doesn’t agree with, the ‘Neo-Nazis’, but the NY Times is so pussyslighted that they ditch her without realizing or caring how cowardly they are.
I once listened to modern Nazi propaganda to see if I could find its weak point. It was amazingly persuasive but I sat on the fence looking for a flaw in it. The flaw was there were no flaws. Every criticism of it had a ‘perfect’ explanation, so perfect that it became obvious the new nazi mindset would make sh*t up on the fly just to get everyone goosestepping.
I also listened to Muslims debate Christianity. They are not near as smart as the modern nazi propagandists. I caught on to them in the first 10 minutes, then shut the door on them and never looked back.
In the first case, merely listening to modern nazi jerks will get you fired. In the second case, listening to Muslim anything will get you hired but shutting the door on them will not only get you fired, it can make you a target for reprisal.
She has a case. (I used to work in the unemployment office)
I suspect you are right.
I know just the clip you’re talking about..!
that’s amazing because I was just thinking about that two days ago, just popped in my head, wow..!
She dissed a protected class by calling a Neo-Nazi a ‘faggot’.................
That would be a Naggot, if we wanted the correct terminology, or maybe a Fagscist.
