These are better times for obtaining information. In the past the system hid everything. Many things are being disclosed that brought this order about. There is still much more we will never know.
Wow! Did we find an honest judge?
Who appointed Sullivan? He is looking like a good guy and one of the unsung heroes of this swampy mess.
p.s. I hate to judge on looks, but I like the look in his eyes.
You won’t believe it, but he was appointed by Bill Clinton.
Flynn should get a cabinet level job.
Interestingly, Sullivan's order may actually provide Mueller some cover here. Mueller may have been aware of the illicit FISA surveillance but almost certainly did not use any of it in his investigation. Even if he were rabidly partisan in the case, he would know better than anyone that the evidence was so tainted it would never be admissible in court.
So the only way he could deal with it was to lay low and ignore it until someone else would eventually reveal its existence in a very public manner that would allow him to deal with it as if it were the first time he was "officially" aware of it. I believe this is precisely why the announcement about the delay in Flynn's sentencing was made within 1-2 days of the release of the Nunes/HPSCI memo.
My impression so far has been that Judge Sullivan is honest.

Oh, and Judge Rudolph Contreras was appointed by Obama.
First Flynn, then Manafort, then what?
agreed. I see wisdom and kindness.
I am not nearly as sure about that as you apparently are. Mueller is obviously a pick from the deep state, and thus most likely felt he could act with impunity, in my opinion. The Nunes memo meant he had to create cover, mainly because he doesn't know how this judge will react to his case.
Maybe. But it doesn’t do Mueller any good to prosecute a case based on evidence that isn’t admissible in court, does it?
Might be reading too much into this.
Political cover for REAL election ‘tampering’ by Soros machines and drones from out-of-state.

It's pretty rare for a judge to be involuntarily recused from a case by his superiors on the bench without any explanation at all, and normally there would be no reason to delay the sentencing for someone who has already pled guilty.
I do think it's highly likely that Mueller is looking for some way to gracefully back out of this entire sordid mess in a way that gives him some cover from the psychotic left who would accuse him of being in on the "conspiracy".
Unless he was expecting that it would remain hidden.
Excerpt from comment section of the article:
“A common thread between Gen. Flynn and Sen. Stevens is Attorney Andrew Weissmann - Mr. Muellers right-hand man on the SC team. Mr. Weissmann is a man with a history of prosecutorial misconduct that includes his overturned prosecutions of Arthur Anderson, Merrill Lynch employees and Sen. Stevens”
Bottom line:
Weissmann has a history of withholding exculpatory evidence and should be disbarred, if not in jail.
