Can someone explain why fake news is protected by the 1st Amendment?

I think RR recommended him. After he got Mueller in place, they needed fbi compliance to continue on with their conspiracy. I imagine RR high fiving everyone after wray was appointed.

The fake news industry will now have to find something else to lie about. Yep. And the resident FR pearl-clutchers will have to find something new to wring their hands over!
This is becoming comical—both from the standpoint of the hapless Democrats with their Fake News, and the hapless FR "Nervous Nellie" Caucus who keep believing it...

Fake News NBC rebutting fake news from Fake News CNN.

If he is dirty, it will because he has not taken enough steps to clean out
the criminals at the FBI.
And this memo may expose him for that reason.
Wray had to review Nunes memo for McCabe to be “retired”.
Let’s think about that. Wray, the Director of the FBI, who has access
to ALL FBI documents had to view a congressional document
before McCabe was “retired”.
Wray knew before he even looked at the Nunes memo what the limited
scope of Nunes committee was looking at.

Gov Christie would have been better as AG than backbencher Sessions.

If he said this, I like the guy even less than before. It will be twisted into some new “leak” that Trump wants to fire him. It gives me déjà vu feelings.

“Will we find out if hes Clean or DIRTY??? hmmmmm.”
With everything that has gone on, NO ONE has been fired by Wray of that rat bastard Jeff Sessions.
I think we have our answer.

Did he request it?
Who knows? Now NBC is retracting their rumor that he was going to quit.
There’s been a lot of FUD circulating.
All I was saying is that, if there is/had been truth to the rumor that Wray would quit if the memo wasn’t redacted to the point of useless anonymity, it would be a highly insubordinate act. Although he should be an advisor, it’s not his call, especially if things are as f’d up as they seem.
But, as some have said here, perhaps those rumors were all FUD. On the other hand, Wray didn’t exactly impress in his Congressional hearing appearance. Very mealy-mouthed.

The FR Hand Wringers dont (apparently) understand that a major part of warfare is a complex disinformation campaign.
The Deep State Media is throwing complete shit against the wall hoping someone, anyone on our side starts wringing their hands.
