In a rare public statement on Wednesday, the FBI said that it has "grave concerns" about a Republican-crafted memo alleging corrosive abuse of U.S. surveillance powers by the Justice Department that is expected to be released in the coming days.
"With regard to the House Intelligence Committees memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it," the bureau said.
"As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memos accuracy."

I guess it could be either one.
Who at the FBI said this? Unattributed statements quoted by MSM is not to be believed due to their past p*$$ poor performance.
This is a set up to undermine the impact of the memo. Narrative is that the memo is misleading and inaccurate-partisan attack to stop the Mueller investigation into RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA.
If the Intel Committee doesn’t release it, then Barron Trump is going to hand it in for a homework assignment at school. LOL.
Dont panic. Its exactly what *they* want you to do. Trust that the truth will find its way out. With a boost from our President, if need be.
Do you seriously think he is going to be cowed by the same FBI that tried to destroy him? Having two senior FIBBIES to the WH to read and comment on the memo was just good showmanship.
Then there is that possibility. Theyll take off for spelling and punctuation, though.
Yep - WikiLeaks style. #Release the memo and all the documentation.
If anyone gets weak in the knees, the memo will be leaked. It will come out. One way or another.
The narrative is actually clever. Here's how I see it:
1. The Nunes memo deliberately omitted certain information in the interest of national security.
2. This "FBI statement" claims the memo should not be made public because it has material omissions of fact.
The "material omissions of fact" in #2 are the omissions described in #1.
What the Democrats and their media wing at the New York Times and Washington/CIA Post are trying to do is construct a narrative that makes the Intel Committee damned if it does, and damned if it doesn't.
I saw EXACTLY who and what a “Democrat” is last night at the State of the Union. Anyone that identifies as a Democrat has absolutely NO BUSINESS in a place of Authority in this Nation. ALL OF THEM ARE TRAITORS!
Now, to cover all bases, they're claiming it will have OMISSIONS of facts.
If the memo is so deeply flawed, why are they fighting fang and talon to keep it from being released ???
If it's as unfactual and incomplete as they say, they should be WELCOMING its release so that they can rip their enemies (the President, Nunes and our side) to bloody shreds immediately....and use the flaws, errors and omissions against them straight through the next two national elections.

“Yet FBI sources told Fox news they could find no inaccuracies in the memo.”
...and apparently force out McCabe over those omissions.

“It seems that it is necessary to completely dissolve the FBI, investigate senior staff and whoever else comes up, zero out pensions, and imprison those guilty of this attempted coup.”
You missed the first step:
Call in the 101st Airborne to frog-march these dirty cops out of the building in cuffs.
I sure hope so.
Limited amount of time to edit the memo, don’t they mean. It’s like asking prisoners for their opinion on their local cuisine.
Strange how this does NOT have an FBI “name” associated with it-—not Director Wray or anyone else. Strange how it was not on the FBI website until minutes before the close of business, even though it was leaked to the press.
Gee, who might leak to the press in the FBI?
Maybe well know the answer to that when Devin Nunezs memo comes out.
We are in a civil war and it is not at all clear that we have the upper hand.
