The Evidence Inside The “House Intel Committee Four Page FISA Memo”…
CONSERVATIVE TREEHOUSE ^ | 1/19/2018 | SUNDANCE

Posted on 01/19/2018 7:39:21 PM PST by bitt

To understand the Four Page House Intelligence Memo at the heart of today’s FISA Abuse stories, it helps to understand why the memo is needed. We wrote about the issue in a March 2017 outline called: “The Nunes Paradox” – SEE HERE

As the year-long story has unfolded, there are two central components at the heart of the political corruption and weaponization of the DOJ and FBI:

♦First, corruption within the DOJ and FBI that included their use of unlawful use of FISA-702 exploits; and ♦Second, how that intelligence information was extracted, passed along to those outside government, repackaged, and reconstituted into the “Steele Dossier”. The finished, albeit sketchy, intelligence was later returned to the FBI to request lawful FISA court surveillance authority. It is a circle of “intelligence laundering”.

The DOJ (National Security Division), and FBI (Counterintelligence Division), worked together on the enterprise. This collaboration is where the insider “small group” participants assemble, intersect and ultimately redistribute themselves into the Mueller investigation with the help of Mueller’s adviser, FBI Chief Legal Counsel James Baker.

Perhaps!
But changing the Senate term length starts to do violence to the Constitution. I see nothing wrong with rewarding a 2nd term if a good job was done. You will never completely rid yourself of the professional politician all you can do is try to control and direct him. The key is getting them out of power for awhile and somewhere else. Like go home!
The California GOP hasn’t had any leadership worth a warm bucket of spit since Reagan. So I am not surprised they missed their opportunity.

You can’t go back to a complete spoils system where you fire everyone every change of administration there has to be continuity and institutional memory. So you have to have a professional civil service, the problem is how to get there and how to keep apolitical. First step is decertify the government employee union, unlike California it can be done at the federal level with an executive order since that’s what allowed it. (Thanks JFK even FDR thought it was a bad idea!) In California (and other states!) it would require legislation much much harder to do. The second problem (and this is a hard problem!) stop using the civil service for social engineering purposes. The minute you do that the “hue & cry” of racism, sexism and every other type of “ism” will be all you hear. Go back to exams for hiring and maybe even promotions. (The Chinese Mandarin system kept Chinese culture alive for 1000s of years, they were hired and promoted based on exams testing history & literature knowledge. Us doing something like that would be better then the “make believe” hiring & promotion system we now have!) A civil service should be conservative because it has to maintain the base line.

I am sorry for what has happened to California, Brown let the initial “poison” into the system & culture with his policies in his first term. Californians seem to like it, they gave him another go at it! The Republicans there are super me-too’ers. (Socialism yes Me- too!) California is a special case the only thing that will fix it is California secession followed by armed federal conquest and a reconstruction which will break it up into several states.

I favor recall for U.S. Senators (little point in doing that for House members, since after a year in they’re already in the midst of their next primary season), since they’ve become a very serious problem.

Spoils was the best in my estimation, because you had your people in for 4-8 years and out they went (with only truly exceptional individuals kept on beyond that). No taxpayer-funded bennies out their butts. These folks are totally insulated from reality and getting rich beyond the dreams of avarice. Worst of all, they are perpetually motivated to vote for larger and larger government to protect their jobs and benefits. The Founding Fathers didn’t even want these people voting.

You’re absolutely right that there shouldn’t be government worker unions, period.

” ...getting rich beyond the dreams of avarice ...”

Completely untrue at the GS1 to GS15 level but be that as it may. Since 1985 the system changed drastically and federal benefits have not been that great. It’s very likely to change for the worse again because of the past abuses putting pressure on the system.

I have always advocated that whatever level of government you work in you can’t vote in elections that support that level of government. Because as you point out you’re not a disinterested party. So a federal employee by becoming one gives up the right to vote in federal elections but can vote in state, county or municipality. Likewise a state employee can vote in federal, county & municipality but not state and so on. This would only require multiple election days but would be fair.

However most of the problem could solved by de-unionization and vigorous enforcement of the Hatch Act. Rat administrations never enforce it (laugh a it!) GOP administrations pretend to!

Yes, I’ve advocated that government workers (except for military/public safety) should not be allowed to vote, since they’re voting on their own livelihoods (perhaps taken further, the spouses under the same roof as well, since they’re also effected). Voting itself should be a privilege, not an instant “right.” We’ve seen the staggering abuse in the past century of said right to our detriment, devolving more and more to democracy and less republic. In the end, democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding on dinner.

I know I've flamed a lot of people to a well-done crisp, but for some reason I'm not tempted to do so, here.

*Did* you happen to read my link? Because the President is going about uprooting the Deep State itself, so there will be no liberal establishment *left* to take advantage of his departure from the White House.

Yes, I read the link. As much as I appreciate the talents of our President, short of his being the Second Coming of our Lord, the Satanic left will still be around to destroy what is good (and with ample help from the RINO Establishment). Even if he excised the Deep State tomorrow, there are still (at minimum) sixty million+ treasonous, brainwashed, immoral and evil voters ready to carry on this abomination of an agenda.

You have way too much faith on this. Look at the UK as an example: they had the great Winston Churchill as Prime Minister during WW2 and helped to defeat the Nazi left. How did the voters repay him for this ? They tossed him out of the job in favor of pro-Soviet Labour. Unless you’re prepared to eliminate tens of millions of these type of voters, we will continue to have an extremely serious problem and existential threat to the Republic.

Atlee may have been a socialist at home, but he was a big-time Cold War Warrior.

Thanks. The book is being current written by history.

Go go for it. I just had fun creating the graphic. I hope somebody indeed writes the book.

Churchhill defeated external enemies.

President Trump is taking out the internal enemies (and moles and spies) first -- then going after the external ones.

Acutally that's not true: he helped take out the corrupt Saudis, and the Norks, and apparently the Rothschilds, and he hasn't taken out the Deep State quite yet.

Ever notice how the "Days of Rage" protest against the "Trump Regime" scheduled for about Nov. 8, 2017, never happened -- right after the Saudi regime change? Makes me think they were funding it.

Ever notice how quiet AntiFirstAmendment and a bunch of other groups have gotten all of a sudden?

But the takedown is coming.

I read on Twitter that March is deadline for Brennan to be prosecuted for perjury, or it goes away, is that true?

The statute of limitations is tolled, meaning it doesn’t start, for conspiracy-related crimes.

A number of years ago, 3 FBI agents were prosecuted for framing a couple of guys 30 years earlier. Any person, news person or law enforce person saying otherwise is lying.

Too good not to repeat:

Our Navy sub guy who snapped 4 photos to impress chix gets sent up the river to Leavenworth for 2 years, dishonorable discharge. Now he drives a garbage truck for 70 hours each week to make ends meet for his family.

Hillary and Huma send the Library of Congress to every dictator --SCOTT FREE.

We can't stay ONE country with TWO DIFFERENT SETS OF RULES.

Also keep in mind that all these people are associates in fact in a RICO enterprise. Obstruction of justice is a RICO predicate act. Statute of limitations in RICO prosecutions is 10 years.

An interesting aspect about RICO prosecutions is that the statute of limitations restarts with every newly discovered predicate act; AND, every person associated with the RICO enterprise is just a guilty of every act of every other associate, even if they didn’t have specific knowledge of the particular act. It is enough that they know there’s would be committing RICO predicate acts to further the interests of the criminal enterprise.

Interesting, Joe Biden was a major force in shaping the federal RICO statutes; just about the only productive thing he did as a Senator.
