A federal gov‘t shutdown is highly desireable. Trump would determine which agencies were to stay open.
Trump would also be easily able to run cash flow positive.

Diane Feinswine was saying earlier the shutdown will cost American lives.
But she’ll still support it if she can defend illegals.
The job of the federal government is to protect American citizens, not Mexicans and central Americans.
We shouldn’t have to keep reminding them how to do their jobs.
shutdown is not going to distract from the economy the gov has nothing to do with a good economy.
and it’ll last maybe a week if that...people won’t even remember a week after a deal is reached let alone in several months during the mid terms.

The troops are being used by both parties to create a problem that has nothing to do with the troops. The military is paid 30 days in advance. They won’t miss a cent. It is an “Oh God” attempt to make an impact on the populous to try to force Trump to bail on DACA and chain immigration. It has nothing to do with, or will not effect, the military. Just the civilian employees will be involved and essentials are still going to work. It BS. they’re both playing heartstrings. And if the non essentials miss some time, it will go down as leave and will be recouped.
