Congressman Matt Gaetz Leads 65 Lawmakers in Push for Release of Intelligence Committee’s FISA Memo

Washington, D.C. — U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz (FL-01) today led a group of 65 lawmakers in a letter to Chairman Devin Nunes of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence urging the immediate release of the four-page FISA Memo document to the public, as well as any relevant ancillary information. In the letter, Rep. Gaetz states, “the audience of this document should not be limited to Members of Congress — the American people deserve to know the information it contains.”

Thank you for your hard work as Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), and for making the recent four-page memo from HPSCI available to Members of Congress. After reading the document, we were shocked and frustrated, but it has deepened our belief in the vital importance of transparency.

This important memo will be of interest to anyone who cares about America and our democratic system of government. We are writing to request the immediate release of this document to the public, as well as any relevant ancillary information. The audience of this document should not be limited to Members of Congress — the American people deserve to know the information it contains.

My understanding is that the white hats in the intelligence agencies (NSA & MI - no CIA) have been spoon feeding this info (and much much more)to Trump for over a year. The have seen enough and have had enough. Trump and the good guys have everything. This is all planned and there is nothing that will stop it.

I don’t know how you know all this.....but it would be a dream come true for many true patriots. The real bombshell in the FISA memo would be evidence or an admission that the Obama administration spied on Chief Justice Roberts to influence his Obamacare decision. It has long been suspected that he was blackmailed potentially over the adoption of his children... could you imagine if there is evidence that the Obama administration blackmailed a Supreme Court justice?

Agreed, it needs / must be released but won’t happen. Too many people have too much to lose, including current and past WH administration’s, both houses of Congress, both R and D’s, career bureaucrats, lobbyists, contractors and companies like Google. They were all complicit/involved and are all culpable. I just don’t see it happening. They will move heaven and Earth to keep it hidden.
