Democrats insist they don't want the government to shut down this weekend, but their votes don't back up their claims. On Thursday, the House passed a short term spending bill to keep the government funded. Only five Democrats voted yes. It needs 60 votes to pass the Senate, but plenty of Democratic senators have indicated they'll vote against any measure that simply "kicks the can down the road."
CNN anchors - yes CNN - are calling them out on their hypocrisy.
Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) was pressed about why he voted against the measure. He says he voted against a continuing resolution, not to shut down the government. But, that's not how CNN's Erin Burnett saw it.
Oh man. Another instant classic.
DEM: “No, I’m not ok with the government closing.”
CNN: “But you just voted—“

Burnett had similar questions for Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA).
Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) later joined Chris Cuomo to tell him that Mitch McConnell had planned to use this vote as political theater "from the get go."
He said he'll be voting against cloture, which puzzled Cuomo.
"Just to make it clear to the audience - you voted yes to proceed because you want to debate this bill - that's what that bill means," Cuomo said. "But you're saying you're going to vote no against it but you're saying you hope the government doesn't shut down...why would you vote no if you don't want the government to shut down?"
House Speaker Paul Ryan has accused Democrats of holding the military hostage over immigration. He and other Republican leaders insist they can still work out a deal on DACA before the March deadline.
Should the government close, the Republican National Committee has already given it a name: the Schumer Shutdown.
The ‘RATS are twisting themselves into pretzels— even CNN sees that.

Schumer and his party are Communists! That word alone EXPLAINS the utter lack of willingness to compromise. It explains the lack of reason or logic in their thinking & speech. It reveals the utter blind devotion to the agenda of “the Party” over the needs of Americans!

How about, “Mr. Trump, if Hillary Clinton is elected, will you accept it?”
Fourteen months after Trump won, neither CNN, the Democrats, nor the other members of the MSM have accepted it.
Trump needs to call a national address and call out all Senators that vote against the people and for illegals. Then he needs to remind the people that not one Demon voted for the people to get a tax cut, or more of their money back. A reminder for next fall.
This is all smoke and mirrors. The truth is they dont want to grant amnesty to DACA because they know the voters will never forgive em.

Schumer Shutdown, act 4
This is what all these ‘betrayals by Trump’ have been designed to lead up to, all you pearl-clutchers and fainting-couch-drama-queens. The media and the populace asking the Dems why they shut the government down. Here’s the first sign of that and the Dems don’t like it one bit.
The Democrat Governor (Schweitzer) admitted at a Trial Lawyers meeting on camera that the Democrats cheated to get Tester elected.
Tester was the last one they needed for Obamacare.
All he needs to do is Tweet it. Nobody under 65 would watch a national address, networks would ignore it and talking heads would chop it into silage and twist it while ‘summarizing it’ for idiot viewers
