A California man suspected of stabbing a fellow diner last month is an illegal immigrant whos been deported previously seven times, a spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement tells The Daily Caller.
The suspect, Eulalio Miniz Orozco, allegedly was captured on surveillance cameras on Dec. 21 getting up from his table while eating and brutally stabbing a fellow diner in the neck at Lolas Supermarket in the Santa Rosa area. Orozco was arrested by local authorities Dec 28.
Orozco is also known as Ricardo Velasquez-Romero, according to ICE. ICE placed a detainer on Velasquez on Dec 28 in connection to a stabbing that occurred in Santa Rosa, Calif, ICE spokesman James Schwab told TheDC.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) databases show Mr. Velasquez has been repatriated to his native Mexico seven times since 2007. Records indicate Mr. Velasquez also has multiple prior criminal convictions, including those from felony drug and weapons charge, Schwab continued.
Velasquezs alleged victim is a 61-year-old male whos condition was upgraded to stable as of Dec 28.
Velasquezs case is not isolated. A recent report from the Department of Homeland Security found that 372,09821 non-U.S. citizen offenders were removed from the United States after conviction of an aggravated felony or two or more felonies, between October 2011 and September 30, 2017.

Don’t forget who these people are: descendants of Aztec, Maya and the slave labor prisoners of Spain’s judicial system.................
It’s like sinners blaming God that their lives got miserable.
Good question!.................
Its time for the Justice Department to arrest the politicians responsible for this aberration.
All the way up to, and including, OBAMA!................
Until the popular support is there, this is in vain.
Also after deportation #2 we need to tattoo
ILLEGAL in 2 inch letters on their forehead.
No one knows for certain the percentage of illegals in gangs, thanks in large part to sanctuary laws themselves. But various estimates exist:A confidential California Department of Justice study reported in 1995 that 60 percent of the 20,000-strong 18th Street Gang in southern "California is illegal; police officers say the proportion is actually much greater. The bloody gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia, the dominant force in California prisons, on complex drug-distribution schemes, extortion, and drive-by assassinations. It commits an assault or robbery every day in L.A. County. The gang has grown dramatically over the last two decades by recruiting recently arrived youngsters, most of them illegal, from Central America and Mexico."

This kind of official is the handicap possible to a “We The People” government. It has no caveat “unless we are foolish.” However buffered, it’s ultimately a democracy.
And people won’t want to confess being suckered without great cause. The best practical move may be to push these people into disfavor such as Donald tries with his Tweets.
Just one of millions of Brown’s sancuary “citizens”.
Well maybe even disfavor isn’t enough. In fact it can backfire when other principles suffer in the effort. Favor of what built the best of America is needed.
Perhaps, when we deport them AFTER they have served their prison time we should BRAND THEM in the forehead and declare them to be “fair game” to be shot on sight, if they return to the USA.
And I said BRAND THEM with a hot iron. None of this tattoo stuff.
And all this stewing will cause you to overshoot the mark.
No new rules are needed. Respecting the old ones will quite suffice.

Let’s stipulate that this guy should be KEPT out of the USA. The question I have is ‘ what makes these repeat border crossers such mean SOBs.’ Which is the chicken and which the egg? Do mean SOBs cross the border repeatedly, or does crossing it turn them into mean SOBs, Either way - build the wall!
They are violent to begin with, it’s their culture.....................
“Its time for the Justice Department to arrest the politicians responsible for this aberration.”
Too busy with basketball coaches, medical marijuana, mattress tags, ranchers, fisherman, etc
