At the president’s request, Jackson said that he reviewed a number of cognitive tests and then administered the Montreal Cognitive Assessment during Trump’s first presidential physical exam on Friday afternoon at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The 10-minute exam is designed to detect mild cognitive impairment, generally in older patients. Trump answered all 30 questions correctly, Jackson said.
The test includes asking a patient to name several animals, draw a clock with the hands at a certain time, copy a cube and recall a short list of words, among others. Jackson said he has “no indication whatsoever that he has any cognitive issues.”

My Mom has a private live in Nurse. Mom’s Nurse took the test last week. Could not recall any of the five words after five minutes.
Hubby had his yearly the other day and they gave him a mental acuity test. Next day his doc calls and tells him he broke the test. One of the questions was.....how would you go about adding up the numbers 1 thru 200? Hubby gave him the answer instead of how to solve it. I said....see that’s the difference between you and me. You have to prove how smart you are. My answer would have been.....who cares? He said....yeah, but you’re gonna get dementia and die. I said.....maybe, but I won’t be taking any of their stupid tests between now and then. Lol
That’s a typical conversation in our house. Rofl

Not surprised at all. President Trump is a sharp man, well educated, well informed, always thinking. And by avoiding alcohol and other harmful substances, his brain hasn’t been injured over the course of his long life.
