Ummm, he is the Deputy Press Secretary. Cuomo, a supposed journalist, talked to the DPS. He commented on what the DPS said and this supposed journalist didn’t even know his name.
The criticism should be of Cuomo, not of the DPS. He wasn’t being arrogant about it. He used the opportunity to mock Cuomo and CNN.
Nope, not like that at all.
Cuomo mocked his name, he’s Indo-American, so that’s outright racism at CNN

Cuomo is the one to criticize, not Mr. Shah. I don’t know why this story starts from the mild response he gave, not the flippant way Cuomo referred to him.
