U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro ruled Monday the case against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy would be dismissed “with prejudice” and ordered the rancher set free after federal prosecutors willfully withheld exculpatory evidence during the 2017 trial.

Navarro ruled a mistrial in the Bundy case last month after prosecutors “willful(ly)” withheld exculpatory evidence favorable to the four men on trial: Cliven Bundy, his two sons and one other person.

The judge found that prosecutors had violated the defendant’s civil rights and violated federal law by hiding evidence from the court.

The Department of Justice, under order from Attorney General Jeff Sessions, is currently investigating the federal prosecutors involved in the 2017 Bundy trial for misconduct.

Doesn’t matter why. Judge Navarro is covering her own ass. Now the others will have appeals wether they plead guilty or not. The Bundy four will have substanial lawsuits. Finally good news.

Justice?

Certainly not a speedy trial.

There are other similar cases I can think of. Only an arrogant out of control Federal Government can create something approaching this.

What a nightmare corrupt government officials caused. We’ve been on a slippery slope for a few years but I never thought it would be this steep. Finally a turn. Hoping there’s some penitentiary time in the future for the BLM and DOJ folks.

Good news...

Wonder if the BLM agent has had a press conference.

That fellow should be packing his bags too.

Now let’s demand and work for Prison for a bunch of BLM, FBI, US Marshals and Prosecutors, and watch the Deep State Swamp level recede.

Now, if I was Bundy I would sue the everlovin’ crap out of the DOJ and the FBI. And I’d take that POS Mhyre for every stinkin’ penny he’ll ever earn.

Believe it when I see it.

The reporter from Oregon Live, Maxine Bernstein put this in her article on the decision today.

“Later, Nevada’s interim US Attorney Dayle Elieson, released a short statement, saying, ‘We respect the court’s ruling and will make a determination about the next appropriate steps.’

The government may appeal the dismissal. The prosecution team in recent weeks added a new assistant US attorney, Elizabeth White, the chief appellate lawyer in the Nevada US Attorney’s Office. Attorney General Jeff Sessions also sent an evidence discovery expert to the federal prosecutors’ office in Las Vegas to review the case...”

“The Department of Justice, under order from Attorney General Jeff Sessions, is currently investigating the federal prosecutors involved in the 2017 Bundy trial for misconduct. “

But Sessions was in Las Vegas late last year praising his prosecutor in this case, so how can this be?

If you can’t convict them you can still bankrupt them.

The prosecutors need to treated like the Klan and be arrested for civil rights violations. The lead prosecutor needs to get 50 years in federal prison, and his underlings 25 to 30 years in prison.

Trump’s last EO is in effect.

People in positions of authority are now assessing whet the LAW actually requires of them. Those who have acted otherwise, are in fear.

The house of cards has had its base-support blown asunder. Or as Hobbits might understand, Frodo just tossed the ring.

I’m watching and waiting for the ring to land.
