Farrell told Lou Dobbs that the acting FBI Chief FOIA Officer confirmed that ALL of James Comey’s memos were classified at the time they were written and are still classified today. James Comey leaked the classified documents to a liberal reporter and friend to publish which is a federal crime.

I don’t understand this at all. I was in the medical field and though NOT classified like state secrets they are patient secrets and if I even removed one piece of paper from the units I’d be fired. Same goes from working at a nuke plant even if it was a Bic pen. So are these government entities so arrogant and powerful they are beyond the law? The irony here is when John Deutch was emailing classified docs to his home computer, Comey and Mueller and others were very, very upset about it. So much so they leaked the report about it to an NYT reporter, who did the digging and exposed Deutsch, who resigned as a result.

Now the shoes is definitively on the other foot.

Also, if they were classified at the time they were written, it seems the info had to be classified before it was put to paper. Why ? Because the memos were of private conversations with the POTUS ?
