The Department of Justice has caved to pressure from the White House and is reportedly reopening the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
According to the Daily Beast, there is a new effort in the department to get new details on how Clinton and her aides — including former top aide Huma Abedin — handled classified material. The effort will look at how much classified information was on her private email server, and how that information got there.
President Trump has continually questioned if and when the Justice Department would reopen its investigation into Clinton. He tweeted on Dec. 2: “Many people in our Country are asking what the ‘Justice’ Department is going to do about the fact that totally Crooked Hillary, AFTER receiving a subpoena from the United States Congress, deleted and ‘acid washed’ 33,000 Emails? No justice!”
Last week, conservative group Judicial Watch won a lawsuit against the State Department and released emails showing that classified information was on the computer of Abedin’s then-husband Anthony Weiner.
The FBI previously investigated and declined to criminally prosecute Clinton for her use of the email server. But Trump and his supporters used the email debacle as a rallying cry throughout the campaign.

Excellent! Then we all have the same perfect defense to any criminal charges brought against us...no intent.

I believe Justice will pretend to poke around and “learn” about the total lack of FBI process, the absence of all FBI protocols, in their absurd coffee cake “interview” of patty cakes Hillary, Huma and Cheryl, but will never touch Patty Cakes herself.
The biased behavior of the FBI is the very definition of the two-tier justice system that JD is presently crawling through glass to preserve.
Hellooo, Jeff? Anybody home? Silly me. He’s busy in the pot field and can not possibly be bothered to address the corrupt justice seekers slithering around his department.
I’ll love him more when Clinton and possibly Obama are both behind bars...

Maybe this was and is the intention of Trump and Sessions all along. Think about it, by stretching it out they are undermining the Dems. the media, and most likely causing panic in the deep state because sooner or later all this stuff is going to come out.
Think about it, when Trump took office he tweeted that he was being taped, he already knew what was happening and eventually a lot of illegal stuff will be exposed; this is politics after all and timing is important.

It was her intent to put the server beyond the reach of FOIA and disclosure while she worked her private deals. That forms the intent.
A real investigation will require:
1) Obtaining the 30,000+ “personal” emails Hillary’s minions deleted.
2) Analyzing the contents for classified info and sale of office.
Hint: Check Abedin’s Yahoo Accounts and the Weiner Laptop.
Not sure who is asking this question but
I suspect that the Clinton Crime Cabal is funded in large part thru illegal pot, cocaine and other drug trade everyone that purchases thru these illegal channels has been part of the crime family for decades whether they choose to admit it or not. "going after" the illegal drug trade IS going after the people hurting our country and constricting a primary funding source for the enemies of our nation.
To all the Sessions haters on here, I say, give the man time.
This investigation was reopened, that’s a start. This is Trump’s DOJ, and he doesn’t like failure. They wouldn’t have reopened, if they expected a negative result.

I presume that your reference to the recent prosecutor appointments by Sessions implies that he is looking for untainted DOJ personnel to handle this case.
I was always hoping that Sessions was waiting in the weeds for the “Russiagate” investigation to totally lose steam. Now, an investigation of Hillary will be able to dominate the news cycle and look less like a defensive move on Trump’s part.
