American courts promise 'equal justice under the law,' but will that maxim be applied to the tarnished couple? by Mark Tapscott | Updated 01 Jan 2018 at 10:04 AM When former congresswoman Corrine Brown reports to a federal prison this month to begin serving a five-year sentence for her role in an $800,000 charity fraud, the question will be raised about why she is in jail but Hillary Clinton remains free.
That question and the fact Clinton has never been charged with mishandling classified national security documents during her four years as secretary of State raise serious doubts about whether justice is applied equally to powerful and influential citizens, as well as everyday Americans.

Denise Rich may object.
Curly Bill will squirm and look at his ankles.
In the long run,Hillary & others(if they are truly guilty)will not go free, but many of us would like to see justice done while she is still living.
I’m surprised Corrine Brown’s have not brought up Clinton getting off
for her criminal activities.
I can only guess they are all afraid of being Arkancided.
Money, power and influence have been known before to secure polce, prosecutors and judges cooperation.

Nope. It was George Bush.
But, but ... Hitliary is to big to fail.
What you just described is NOT justice. The price for letting this stuff continue on cannot be calculated - the cost for prosecution is a bargain in comparison - not to mention the return of confidence by the American people.
The only question is: How do you like your bananas?
Re-read President Trump's Executive Order of Dec. 21...
you are so right..

I might as well as start off 2018 on the same foot as last year: Trump holds all the cards. The only real variable is how/what extent Trump decides to prosecute the (cold) civil war. Just acknowledging the words "civil war" is similar to finally saying "radical Islamic terrorism".
If one cannot faithfully recognize the enemy, or are afraid to state the truth, then most of the battle is already lost. Once one gets over any mental hurdle with respect to being honest about our current situation, then it's easy to fully understand the full range of directives, resources and avenues of prosecution open to the president.
The most important assets the enemies of patriots control are the bureaucracy, media and criminal justice system. Trump has exposed & weakened the first & second threats, but has not yet addressed the 3rd. That is why the military option must be considered; it was be disaster for the war effort to allow media manufactured jury nullification.
We have Nuremberg as evidence in favor of military tribunals, and the Steinle outrage as a perfect example of our corrupted public criminal justice system. Trump can take the battle right to the heart of the left if he so chooses. We should encourage, support and applaud any efforts Trump takes to destroy them and their threat to our collective liberty & freedom.
they really weren’t “dead broke” in 2001. Hillary had an 8 million dollar advance on a book deal before they left.
Sorry. Don't see anything there that's a threat to the Clintons.
You can't seize the assets of a citizen by EO.
“Equal Justice Under The Law” should be our extreme battle cry throughout 2018. Bumper stickers, shirts, talking heads’ verbiage, callers to talk shows, etc. Don’t ignore any opportunity to bring Hillary’s skating on hr crimes to attention.
Most people understand basic fairness and could “get it”.
