(CNN)Sources in the Senate tell CNN they have been worried about Sen. John McCain recently, following a week when the Arizona Republican was kept from the Senate to address side effects from his brain cancer treatment.
The sources described McCain as looking increasingly frail and said he has not spoken up in recent GOP meetings the way he had before, in addition to his absence this week for treatment at Walter Reed Medical Center.

CNN did about a five minute presentation on this at about 2:30 today and I did not see them mention it. The article I posted definitely doesn’t. Really bad journalism. Also not a thing on FNC.
Exactly! He owns it. He was the deciding vote.
Good.

As soon as he retires, the Gov. had better quadruple-vet whomever he appoints to replace him, for any ‘sexual misconduct’. Even if it’s a woman, the rats will invent something.
“One less warmonger draining the blood of American patriots for nothing but personal jollies.”
Ain’t that the truth, Mariner.
Chemotherapy runs neck and neck with cancer as to which is the most debilitating.
Strange.
Im waiting for the touching photos of his good buddies surrounding him; mc Connell, graham, flake et al
I wish I didnt feel so disgusted by a man I detest who happens to be dying.
Thanks Doc. I did sleep at a Holiday Inn however, plus I lost two family members and one dear friend from GLIOBLASTOMA. My niece, was under the care of Dr. Keith Black of Cedar-Sinai, premier world class neurosurgeon. Our family spent much time with Dr. Black discussing treatment, time left, exactly what Glioblastoma is......so sorry I offended you and glad I did.
I'm sure he'll be planted at Arlington (with full honors), where he'll stay nice and dry. Makes me sick to think about it.
Yea, as much as I would like to piss on McKook’s grave, I don’t think anyone would do that at Arlington.
I hope he’s thought about eternity and has made an important decision. Not much time.
Hey - I worked with Dr. Black in a study on GBM I ran when he was at UCLA. Great guy. Tough disease. Sorry for your friend. I helped develop a product on the market for GBM (Gliadel).
IMO..there are different types of deaths....
The one's that aren't fair....in my mind...youth/young cancer, CF, ALS, etc.
Then I've had patients family that wanted to keep their "loved" one alive at all costs....while their "loved" one was on HD, on a vent, and basically rotting away....that's no way to leave this world.
I suspect McCain and his family will go the distance....for John. IOW...whatever it takes to keep his heart and lungs working..............
It's sad.........
I’m sure his constituents in ISIS are praying for him.
Might not get a tax cut cause a couple dinosaurs (McPain and Cockran) are too feeble to show up.
Weird idea. Maybe they should friggin quit? If they were Cardinals they wouldn’t be allowed to vote for Pope.
The Canadian Senate is stupid except for one thing, it has an age limit.
Finally... Some good news.
