According to court documents obtained by the Kentucky Center for Investigative Reporting, the alleged molestation took place on New Year’s Eve in 2012. The alleged victim, who was 17 at the time, told authorities that she was staying in a living area of the Heart of Fire City Church where Johnson was pastor, when Johnson, who had been drinking a lot, approached her, kissed her and fondled her under her clothes.
Johnson was never criminally charged. He vehemently denied the allegations at a press conference Tuesday.

“He was accused, not convicted and not even charged. And weve seen what happens when men in public office are accused of sexual misconduct. Presumed guilty and not even provided the opportunity to prove their innocence.”
It isn't just public officials, the article says this guy was a pastor at the time of the alleged incident and he was drunk. Sad really that he took his own life, but I guess maybe at the end of the day he did have some moral fiber and couldn't reconcile what he had done. You don't kill yourself normally if you are innocent.

And you have stats to prove this? You don’t know whether somebody is innocent or guilty because of a suicide. Maybe he had depression issues anyway does it mean he was guilty.
To: Blood of Tyrants
How do you prove they’re false? That’s the problem here isn’t it?

Seems to be more of a bipartisan thing....women hate men and don’t give much of a rip who they take down.

Did he have a license to carry that gun? If not, he should be charged and do jail time for the violation.
