ABC News reports Beverly Young Nelson will have a news conference later today. In this interview, she indicates that she added the date/location to the yearbook but maintains the signature is Roy Moore's.
Notice that the whole purpose of this interview was to try to save this obviously false story. This was intended by the MSM to be a last minute hit piece. This was an attempt to “explain away” what had been extremely damaging to the entire Democrat sharade. This backfired though, because ABC “news” is apparently too dumb to realize that once you admit to part of a lie, everything you say is a lie.
We need to make sure that the real headline gets out from this, because the media is trying to spin this as “she only lied a little.”

She forged the parts in blue - which happen to include Moore’s last name and the initials D.A., and the date and other identifying info changing “Ray” to “Roy” (Moore).
That’s all she did!
Allred needs to be disbarred for not even having asked if the signature was genuine.
The year book having a bold printed reference to the restaurant was a glaringly obvious Forgery.

Now that she’s an admitted liar and forger, of course the media will still believe all the rest of her story.

Poor Al Franken. With no moral equivalence to hit Judge Moore on, and Franken not resigning so soon, it just makes the rats look even worse.
Franken now has to resign today. He lost his only argument for sticking around.

abc news buried it at the end of the story, and characterized the alteration as "adding notes".
