The Trump administration on Wednesday asked the Supreme Court to overrule a 40-year-old precedent that allows states to require public employees to pay fees to unions that represent them, an important tool for the American labor movement.

The states themselves could do something bout it like pass laws making it illegal for the state to use public resources to collect dues. I think they did that after Wisconsin(?) became a right to work state and union membership in the teachers union dropped by a huge amount, over 50% IIRC.

Wonderful! Time to turn the public sector trend line to look like the private sector trend line in terms of union membership:

Trump, straight on attacks the socialist Nazis. Never forget the German Workers socialist party was a union that resulted in 60 million deaths including some of my relatives. How a private organization can force people to give up their money is an act of organized crime. How could this be argued as anything but unconstitutional?????

““Fair Share” is one of the most odious inventions of the 20th century.”

My income places me in what is called the “Middle Class”.
I've been paying taxes on my income since I was 16 years old. I'm now retired, and still paying taxes on my retirement income.

The concept of “Fair Share” is the heavy hammer used in reference to Federal Income Tax laws. Why should an individual pay a higher rate on their income than anyone else? All this does is discourage people from trying to advance, and punishes them for doing so. It also encourages lawmakers to devise income tax laws that favor one individual over another and create winners and losers.

All we hear repeatedly is the rich need to pay their “Fair Share”. For socialist a “Fair Share” demonizes those who actually pay, and victimizes those who don't pay at all. Socialists’ “Fair Share” will only reach its limit when all individuals are making the same wage after taxes. Of course this will result in the stagnation that was seen in the old Soviet Union, and result in collapse.

This collapse is their ultimate aim after all.

If I had a financial crisis and had to withdraw a large amount of funds from my retirement account, the Federal Government would have a field day collecting their 40 percent, and hopefully I would have enough money to cover my crisis. Afterward my income would return to its modest level, but the Federal Government will have gotten their money first.

Unfortunately that's exactly how they view income, as belonging to the Federal Government first, and then they decide what we can retain.

Earned Income Credit is nothing more than Socialist Redistribution. God's Word states clearly that we should not show favor to the rich or the poor, but our Income Tax system creates winners and losers, and shows favor to both. We in the middle are stuck.

Public service unions must be completely destroyed.
Serving as a government employee is a service. Take it or find a private sector job.
Clearly.

This has become a SOP for president Trump.

The left wing mediots get riled up something he might have said or did say. Like moving our embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.

While they are bobbing around like drunken ducks on a pond, he does something like this.

I agree, and what’s to lose there?

We know none of them voted for Trump or vote for our causes.

Nuke ‘em. (figuratively)

I agree, but I’d have to say I see them more as part of the criminal conspiracy. These folks are teaching our youth that “Capone” wasn’t so bad, in effect.

Even that is being generous. The explain away criminality for the Clintons.

You know, I hate to say this, but it’s true.

What he has decided to do, is to do just what the Democrats have done for decades unanswered.

He frames things to our advantage, and the Democrats are incapable of reacting effectively. They haven’t had to deal with this since Reagan.

We have a fighter. Love it!
