My money's on either Kaepernick or Kim Jong Un. Any takers?

Trump has been the biggest and most overpowering personality in the world bar none no matter your political persuasion. He has been an earthquake on the political and social scene. Trump is the obvious choice.

I’m surprised that Time didn’t choose “the generic sexual harasser” for their annual “hey, we still exist” issue.

Personally, I think TIME should make the Deplorables their person of the year. They might even sell some magazines. Kaepernick is way too unpopular and Kim is almost painful to look at.

Time’s Person of the Year should be the hashtag #MeToo.

I expect they will pick Kaepernick. Single-handedly separating Americans from their previous favorite pastime is no small achievement. :)

Either Trump or Bezos would make sense. Both have been enormously influential this year.

Trump declared, no thanks!

The eventual Time POY is the “first loser” among all other selected candidates.

Should be Harvey Weinstein, or something like that given the massive shockwaves since his ouster.

Kim Jong Un...

Some recent headlines...

December 2, 2017 CNN: North Korea: Trump is 'begging for nuclear war'

September 26, 2017 PBS: Does Trump’s war of words with North Korea inflame or deter?

September 8, 2017 US News & World Report: A Dangerous Game of Madmen

April 16, 2017 The Guardian: Trump's North Korea sabre-rattling has a flaw: Kim Jong-un has nothing to lose

So what does TIME think naming Kim Jong Un as Person Of The Year will do besides embolden him further? Maybe that's what they want, a cage match between Trump and Kim?

It's the person who made the most news. Actually, the only one in the bunch who made news everyday was President Trump.

P.S. Didn't Time just tell President Trump that he was not on the list?

No, it may be on the women who cries rape. They are going to spin it up. Maybe the voice of women? Or something like that.

Is Time Person of the Year award, like the Nobel Peace Prize, devolving into just a Leftist award created by Leftists for Leftists so they can say, “See? I got an award! I’m great!”?
