Justice Just Filed Arrest Warrant for Kate Steinle's Killer

The US Circuit Court has issued an arrest warrant for parole violation of a felony drug conviction in Texas I believe. This has nothing to do with ICE as it should be and US Marshals will be there to pick him up.
I don’t believe the pinko libs in San Fran have passed anything which constrains a parole violator from being handed over. If they have their ducks in a row this should go smoothly. What happens once he is back in Texas is another matter which they will have time to decide upon.

The fact that he was confirmed 94-6 as Deputy AG is proof he is of the Swamp.
I get the Federal charges because they relate to a conviction before he murdered someone.
I don’t get how he was supposed to get a supervised release after his prison time. Why supervised release? Now we are getting to the root of the problem.
It would make it much more interesting if they tried to stop them - put some of the “protectors” of the illegals in jail and it sends a message.

When the judge and jury are corrupt, the constitution is still in force. Criminal aliens who murder US citizens do not live under our Constituion.

Is murder a Federal crime?
You can be tried twice for acts that are in violation of both state and Federal Laws. For example you could be convicted in both venues for possession of a narcotic substance.
But I’m not aware of federal laws against murder.
