The US Circuit Court has issued an arrest warrant for parole violation of a felony drug conviction in Texas I believe. This has nothing to do with ICE as it should be and US Marshals will be there to pick him up.

I don’t believe the pinko libs in San Fran have passed anything which constrains a parole violator from being handed over. If they have their ducks in a row this should go smoothly. What happens once he is back in Texas is another matter which they will have time to decide upon.

Thanks for the update and info. If this is true then this is not unconstitutional double jeopardy - jeopardy twice for the same crime.

It would be nice to clarify that the arrest warrant is not for the same crime for which he was just acquitted.

Is it possible to edit the title, first few lines, or post #1 with a parenthetical statement that

"(The arrest warrant is not for the same crime for which he was just acquitted.)"

to save needless thrashing on this and other threads about putting this guy in double jeopardy?
