Full Title: NO justice for Justine Damond: She did what any woman would do, go to the police, Muslim cop who shot her dead still refuses to talk
Back in July, defenseless and wearing her pajamas, Justine Damond (pictured) was shot to death, point blank range, by a Muslim Somali police officer near her Minnesota home. No feminazis taking to the streets on behalf of an innocent, pajama-clad woman shot in cold blood by a Muslim. No Womens marches for Justine. No Linda Sarsour cows on parade. No leftist treasonous goons who engage in violence, chaos and destruction when a black man tries to kill a cop and the cop defends himself (Ferguson, Baltimore).
Six months later, the Muslim cop who shot Justine Damond has not been charged, and the police department remains mum on her murder. The Minneapolis Muslim police officer who fatally shot a woman who called 911 for help has refused to be interviewed by authorities investigating the shooting,

"...Justine Damond..."
A 100 million dollar civil suit from relatives might get faster results.
Ive always thought the murderous Muzzies cop would get away with his MURDER of an infidel.
He was an unqualified retard sent back for remedial training. That is the moslem angle. He was hired for being a Somali moslem despite not being someone anyone would hire otherwise.
Then when an equally dense woman ran out into an alley and pounded on a cop car and stuck her face into the window, the unqualified startled cop shot her.
The poor training officer never tried to justify it in any way. Bad material for a cop. Then a foreign Aussie woman just doesn’t get that startling cops is dicey business.
Anyone see those yellow street signs that went up in the area warning people -not- to startle cops?
Some cop-house justice is called for...
Today there is special treatment for Muslims and Blacks dontchaknow.
They never have to give an interview. They are suspects in a crime. If they refuse to give a non-criminal IA interview, they can of course be fired immediately under Garrity rules.
has refused to be interviewed by authorities investigating the shooting,

Charge him.
“Forget it Pam, it’s Minneapolis”!
The department can require an interview for internal use to see if department policies were used, if training or procedures failed, etc. THAT interview is legally “coerced” because it is under threat of termination if they do not cooperate.
It cannot be used by prosecutors because the statement was given under duress.
As for the criminal case, no statement is ever required there.
SO my guess is this guy will never give an interview. The lawsuit will proceed. And a criminal case will go to a grand jury to see if they think it was an accident of poor training and selection, or if they want to hit the Somali with a manslaughter charge.
But none of this will happen in 137 days is my guess.
an innocent woman who called the cops for help shot by a pathetic stupid vindictive shadow of a cop...
he's black and he's a muzzie...
sometimes I wonder about the intelligence of freepers...
If not unintelligent, then despicable.
From memory...
The story is a bit more complicated than the one told by her friends and family.
As I recall, the patrol car was slowly advancing down a dark alley when the victim approached from the rear, banged her hand on the trunk, and ran to the driver side window.
The cops had been recently warned by their commanders to use extreme caution in any situation that might be a planned ambush.
Did the cop fire his weapon negligently or recklessly or criminally?
I don’t know. But, there are definitely extenuating circumstances involved.
Uncalled for!
Regards,
Whatever. Next time you see a cop in the alley looking for the bad guy, run up and slam your hands on the car and startle them. Feel bad for her, but it wasn’t bright.
Guess you’ll have to get over it then. I’m guessing its that foreign mentality that made her run out and slam her hands on the car and it never crossed her mind to approach American city cops carefully, especially in the era of BLM ambushes.
But she was fresh off the boat and was only here a year or two
