Birmingham, ALABAMA Court documents related to Tina Johnson, an Alabama woman who claims that Republican senatorial candidate Roy Moore groped her in his office decades ago, may raise questions about Johnsons motives in making the accusation.
The documents, reviewed by Breitbart News, show that Moore represented Johnsons mother in a nasty custody case for Johnsons then 12-year-old son, Daniel Sitz. In the case, Johnson was repeatedly painted by Moores client as an unfit, absent, and unstable mother and was accused of taking her son from his elementary school against his will. Johnsons mother was ultimately awarded custody in the case.
One affidavit signed by Johnsons mother while she was represented by Moore accused Johnson of having a violent nature and noted that she has been treated by a psychiatrist when she was approximately 15 years of age. Johnson was a teenage mother.
Separate criminal documents show that, as late as 2010, Johnson was arrested and pled guilty to felony fraud charges related to checks belonging to a family member. She also entered a court drug program.

“Next on CNN, Conservatives are attacking the accusers and victims of the serial Rapist & sexual predator Roy Moore....”
Well, no motive to fabricate here. /s/
Wait!!!!
We CANNOT question the credibility of the accuser in a sexual assault! Women DO NOT make up such stories!!! /s
Yeah.... RIGHT!
So here we have a second accuser who went before Judge Moore and received a judgement that ‘offended’ them. Gee...I’m beginning to think that this is just a big set up. /s
I wouldn’t put it past them.
I still say that was written by a female.....................
I am pretty sure Roy Moore is going to be elected in two weeks or so, I’ve kind of lost interest in the “accusers” and their lies.
I am, however, VERY VERY interested in the coordinated takedown attempt made by the NRSC, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, the media including especially WaPo and NBC. This was THEIR show. Democrats had little or nothing to do with it.
How they planned this, including when, where, and how; who funded it; who wrote the nearly identical statements of the Republican Senators who spoke on the record from 12-24 hours after Corfman’s story broke, how much advance notice they had of the WaPo story and where they got it from - these are much more interesting and consequential to the future of the Republic than crap about panties. As is the question of how far they will go if and when he is elected, and why. If they are really, truly prepared to nullify and election over this nonsense, it shows how far we’ve come, and an elite that will do this must really feel that they have no choice, that the peasants are revolting and are prepared to pull down their castles.
We surely live in interesting times.
WTH?? They want us all to think of this good man in that way.
I am ROYALLY PISSED!!!!!
Were you paid to make these accusations?
I am sure we could scare up 10 times as much for you to tell in court who paid you.
if the original article was balanced and well-researched, all of this would have been included along with the accusations. since only the accusation were included, it’s simply more proof that WaPo was publishing a Democrat hit-piece rather than anything that’s actually newsworthy.
The second part looks very feminine to me.
Especially so.
Men’s handwriting is usually coarse and rigid. This is fluid and frilly...................
Gloria sure hitched herself to the wrong wagon on that one.
I think so, too, although men who took penmanship in grade school may write that well. My great grandfather had gorgeous handwriting.
The Yearbook accuser had a counter witness who worked at the Resturant . She said Moore did not eat there and the accuser did not work there. The point you’d like to know is that she said no media outfit was interested in her counter story!
No Surprise, they troll for an accuser who is most likely unstable, and that’s what they get.
I had penmanship in elementary school, but it didn’t change my style of writing to any great degree.
I do remember other guys writing looking like the examples in the books, but they were few..................
