I am pretty sure Roy Moore is going to be elected in two weeks or so, I’ve kind of lost interest in the “accusers” and their lies.
I am, however, VERY VERY interested in the coordinated takedown attempt made by the NRSC, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, the media including especially WaPo and NBC. This was THEIR show. Democrats had little or nothing to do with it.
How they planned this, including when, where, and how; who funded it; who wrote the nearly identical statements of the Republican Senators who spoke on the record from 12-24 hours after Corfman’s story broke, how much advance notice they had of the WaPo story and where they got it from - these are much more interesting and consequential to the future of the Republic than crap about panties. As is the question of how far they will go if and when he is elected, and why. If they are really, truly prepared to nullify and election over this nonsense, it shows how far we’ve come, and an elite that will do this must really feel that they have no choice, that the peasants are revolting and are prepared to pull down their castles.
We surely live in interesting times.
The Yearbook accuser had a counter witness who worked at the Resturant . She said Moore did not eat there and the accuser did not work there. The point you’d like to know is that she said no media outfit was interested in her counter story!
Fortunately, Franken and Conyers aren't making McConnell's job any easier.
It was easy for McConnell to sit back and wait for the voters in Alabama to do his dirty work for him, but that's not happening. When Moore wins, the question to McConnell will rightly be "why are so willing to give up your slim advantage when the Democrats, in just the past week, have dug in and demonstrated they're willing to do the opposite?"

It seems that we are now in the "stalking horse" phase of trying to stop Roy Moore, by running a write-in candidate to siphon off votes.
