A federal court unsealed documents in a lawsuit over Fusion GPSs bank records on Tuesday, revealing new details of payments made last year to the opposition research firm that commissioned the infamous Trump dossier. The documents also shed new light on requests made by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence about payments that Fusion GPS made to journalists.
The records were unsealed in response to a ruling made last week by Richard Leon, a federal judge in the district court in Washington, D.C.
The bank documents list 112 transactions involving Fusion GPS.

Whether there was money laundering in the Uranium One scandal or the Trump Dossier scandal, they would not be “process crimes” but the actual underlying crimes.
You'll have to find another pretense for your RINO-like advocacy of giving Democrat criminals another pass.
Money laundering is a real crime. You're predicating it on a process crime ... not appropriately completing forms related to campaign expenditures.
A. Disclosing campaign expenditures shouldn't be required in the first place. Failure to report such expenditures shouldn't be a crime.
B. It is far from clear that the Clinton campaign failed to appropriately report expenditures to Perkins Coie.
I use process crime and pretextual crime as synonyms. They serve the same purpose.
You're just not being internally consistent here. At points you seem to claim the Clinton campaign paid for the dossier. At other times you say foreign money paid for the dossier. My position is the the dossier was largely paid by the Clinton campaign with the FBI footing a portion of the bill.
“Process crimes” do not include crimes involving laws governing the election process (or any other process) but only crimes interfering with the investigatory process of another crime.
Opposition to process/pretextual crimes is an anti-authoritarian position. I define my political worldview as anti-authoritarian. If you think RINOs are anti-authoritarians, I understand why you think I'm a RINO. I've long though Trumpism is a rather authoritarian political philosophy. Your comments seem to support my thesis.
Sell that BS someplace else!
No he didn't. He recused himself from investigation of the Trump campaign.
That was the line that cemented my support for DJT.
One of the great lines in history. And one that I hope he can make happen.

Brilliant post!
I totally agree onyx.
We have to put petty grievances behind us and support the President as you have said 100%— 24/7.
The greatest thing about the Clintons is that they are so corrupt engaging in so much criminality that they simply can’t COA on everything. They will be busted.
It’s collusion. Not on the statute books, but here is an overt act in furtherance of something nefarious, and therefore a conspiracy, and a cover-up, which is a sure sign of guilt. There must be an actual crime in there somewhere. Something about helping foreign powers interfere in US elections? Isn’t that espionage of some sort? The Dems have been shouting it to the stars for a year, so they can’t now say that it’s not a crime, just because they’re the guilty party. But their lawyers can say it to the judge. So what statute was violated? Any federal practice attorneys out there?
I hope that Mueller was connected with one of these payments.
If so, the fat is in the FIRE!
Jess Sessions needs to begin issuing indictments.
Espionage of the most nefarious order, against our electoral system, and against President Trump.
( Things are getting stranger and stranger Mr. Nerks! :-) )
The FBI, part of the DoJ, sent preservation letters to all the players in U1 back in 2015.
Senator Grassley back in October asked Sessions about U1 and Sessions in one of his replies stated:
Sessions responded: "I would offer that some people have gone to jail in that transaction already, but the article talks about other issues. Without confirming or denying existence of any particular investigation, I would say I hear your concerns and they will be reviewed."And you throw the FBI informant in that mix and there is no way U1 doesn't get a full scale investigation.
