You are misinformed on the meaning of “process crime.” A process crime is a crime that is committed through direct or indirect interference with the investigation of another crime.

Whether there was money laundering in the Uranium One scandal or the Trump Dossier scandal, they would not be “process crimes” but the actual underlying crimes.

You'll have to find another pretense for your RINO-like advocacy of giving Democrat criminals another pass.

I use process crime and pretextual crime as synonyms. They serve the same purpose.

This is a good law review article for you to read. You should always be wary when you try to manufacture crime where there is not (like failing to fill out forms appropriately).

Opposition to process/pretextual crimes is an anti-authoritarian position. I define my political worldview as anti-authoritarian. If you think RINOs are anti-authoritarians, I understand why you think I'm a RINO. I've long though Trumpism is a rather authoritarian political philosophy. Your comments seem to support my thesis.

No a process crime is a crime made in response to the investigation. Like scooter Libbey getting busted for his response in a crime that never happened.
