NEW YORK (AP) PBS says it is immediately halting distribution of Charlie Rose's interview program and CBS News suspended him following The Washington Post's report of eight women who accused the veteran newsman of multiple unwanted sexual advances and inappropriate behavior.
The women, three of whom spoke on the record in the deeply-reported story, accused Rose of groping them, walking naked in front of them and relating an erotic dream.
Rose told the Post that he was "deeply embarrassed" and apologized for his behavior.
Rose's PBS show features his in-depth interviews with newsmakers....

It seems everybody BUT Trump was actually grabbing p**** instead of just talking about it.
Hopefully someone makes a montage of all of these libs having the vapors over the Access Hollywood tape while THEY were the ones with their hands in the nookie jar
Dan Rather, reporting. I have never sexually harassed women, being too busy chasing after men.
Unfortunately, Trump can only be accused by innuendo, not recollection.
Is it just me? I honestly feel ambivalent about all this. I felt ambivalent about Weinstein, who got the ball rolling.
I don't feel in an uproar. If anything, I'm fed up -- with these women, not the men. This is getting to be Pervert of the Day. These women have numbed me.
I'm also a woman who was harassed in my younger days. But I would never bother pointing fingers now. Why? Because I have to take some of the blame.
I don't defend the behavior of any of these guys. They sound like creeps. But maybe had some of these women behaved more modestly, or avoided being around these guys, the number of incidents might have been reduced.
I'm bothered when women claim harassment or even rape, yet continued to socialize with these guys, or benefited professionally or financially. To complain years later seems not only hypocritical, but exploitative.
The feminists might be shooting themselves in the foot with this one. Especially if they are trying to work their way up to Trump. They have been giving fellow liberals and allies a black eye by discrediting many.
Holy Skype!
I go have some dinner and this happens! Lol!
What I find astounding is the sense of arrogance among the Hollywood (yes I know, that should not be a surprise).
We all know the casting couch has existed in various forms since the dawn of the TV & movies era. But it would never occur to me to prance around naked in the workplace, or to whip it out and fertilize plants, or invite women to my hotel room (much less greet them in a towel).
These guys are seriously depraved and I am glad they will be off the streets when my daughter launches her career.
That means he's coming back.
He should have been fired when he owned up to it.
But I guess that would be asking too much from liberals.
Lol. Love it.
I wonder if they will feel the same if/when Islam reaches critical mass in the US?
If this keeps up, there will need to be mass hiring by the entertainment and political industries just to replace all of the fired gropers.
How soon before they start on the female gropers? Because they do exist, too.
The Trump Curse claims ANOTHER libpig...
I agree across the board.
I’ve worked in some pretty racy departments where the women were incredibly forward. One even at on my lap!!
All liberals in a graphics dept at an invetment bank.
But I kept my hands and my comments to myself.
I know a gal who “tested” men’s will power by getting naked on the first date but not letting them touch her, at HIS apartment.
Just crazy.
For the women, or even men on this thread, are these incidents this commonplace? I worked in professional and collegiate athletics for decades and never witnessed such a thing. I yelled at a female co-worker over the phone in a manner I’m not proud of (no swearing but I was yelling)about 20 years ago but this stuff is crazy. Is it really this prevalent? I feel like I’ve been living in a cave.
This
Chuck Todd is thinking, “Me!!! Me next!!! I want the women to hope I’m sexy!!!!!”
Another liberal bites the dust...
...but yet, to the media, this is a Republican and conservative problem.
