The owner of a car that was vandalized with racist threats and slurs Wednesday has admitted that he was responsible for the graffiti, the Riley County Police Department announced Monday afternoon.

- Blatant displays of racism are nearly always perpetrated by the alleged victim.
- Acts of terrorism on our soil are nearly always perpetrated by folks who have "been on the RADAR, but determined to be no threat so all data was dumped and forgotten".
