At the state dinner Japans Prime Minister Shinzo Abe gave the visiting President Trump Monday night, White House communications director Hope Hicks ditched her usual dress for a tuxedo and bow tie.
Twitter users had some thoughts on Hicks suave style.

She looks good no matter what she is wearing.

I don't think anybody is going to confuse her with a man:

So much in this current administration is infinitely more appealing to behold than the zoo denizens of the previous bunch.

She is a former model too.

She does look good, but that is not a traditional bow-tie.

Ditto, Be-Baw.
Also, I question a DC administration communications employee deliberately upstaging the President, the First Lady and the Japanese First family with a get-up which may be considered distasteful and disrespectful at a State Dinner in an allied Asian country.....and uncomfortable to many conservatives, also, given the setting.

I don't think Hope Hicks is a transvestite. It is odd though how women can still look good in men's clothing while men just look like sissies in women's clothing.
Still, I prefer the more feminine version of Hope Hicks...

“It is odd though how women can still look good in men’s clothing while men just look like sissies in women’s clothing.”
A true testament to the power of a proper suit or tuxedo.
There are rules to these things She broke them, of course but as a woman she can’t be faulted for not knowing the rules. Sheesh, about 98% of men don’t know the rules for proper attire anymore.
