A federal grand jury in Washington has approved the first criminal charges in the special counsel’s investigation into Russian election interference, two sources told NBC News, marking a significant milestone in an inquiry that has roiled Donald Trump’s presidency.
Mueller's Office of the Special Counsel will make public an indictment on Monday, a U.S. official with firsthand knowledge of the process confirmed to NBC News, without disclosing the name of the target or the nature of the charges. The timing was confirmed by a second source familiar with the matter.
I’d say it’s Manafort because of the search of his premises. Failure to disclose??

As usual, when Democrats are found to be involved in criminal activity, such a the current Democrat-Russian scandal, it is a Republican scalp that must be taken.
This time the Dems are in such trouble that it may take dozens of Republican scalps to purge the Democrat evil doing.

Mueller is tipping off the media so that the cameras will be rolling when FBI agents make the arrest, put the subject against a wall and handcuff him.
The reason the indictment is sealed is so that the subject doesn’t get advance knowledge such that he and his lawyer come voluntarily and quietly to surrender and be arraigned and deprive Mueller and the Democrats of their television moment.

Well Manafort has worked in politics a long time Im not sure he is even a Republican..of course this is all a smokescreen but look at it this way..for FIVE months Mueller has investigated Trump, got NOTHING..now in this past week we find out about Fusion GPS, Uranium One, Podesta Brothers, and fake Dossier and BAM an indictment comes
