The Las Vegas hotel room of gunman Stephen Paddock, who killed 59 people and wounded more than 500 at a country music concert, was littered with assault rifles and bullet shells, photos of the room show.
A Boston 25 News reporter tweeted a photo of Paddock’s room that shows a hammer along with dozens of casings on the floor and a bullet magazine. Among the casings is an assault rifle fixed with a scope and bipod.
A second photo showed another long assault rifle with a long magazine and handle at the front of the stock.
Police believe Paddock used a hammer to bust a window in his Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino hotel room.

That’s a lot of preparation for somebody who “just snapped”
He didn’t just snap. this was very effectively planned and I personally believe he had help.
By now, law enforcement has seen all the video in multiple angles in the hotel starting on sept. 28 when he checked in, yet none have been released. do they show someone with him disproving their “lone wolf” theory?

Maybe he snapped on Wednesday. You know so he could have time to ipliment his plan starting on Thursday. Not to worry though, the conspiracy races are well underway. From the firings from the 4th floor to he didn’t really do it and was murdered to make it look like he did.

Good thing he had that ‘hammer’ to break the windows... I suppose using one of his weapons instead wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense.

The un-inserted mag looks like .308/7.62x51. Hard to tell. The .223/5.56x45 has an Eotech on it (just like mine) not real good for precision long distance shooting. Maybe up to 200 yrds for a well practiced shooter. I can hit 8/10 with my Eotech 9 inch plate at 200 yrds ... but I shoot a lot. This guy as I understand was not well practiced
There are reports he had two tripods set up.

One of those mags is a 60 rounder, I believe.
I’ve been speculating since yesterday that this guy seems to have all the characteristics of an international money launderer, drug trafficker, or arms dealer. The high-stakes gambling is one clue, but what really caught my eye was the series of comments from his neighbors saying he would disappear for weeks and months at a time.
The magazine in the rifle with the bump fire stock is a 100 round double stack magazine, manufactured by Surefire. Very expensive, I might add- well over $100 each.
