An active shooter reportedly on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay bar Hotel in Las Vegas has gunned down at least one police officer and others.
Compare it to Dallas.

God only knows what could be going on inside that hotel, So many defenseless people trapped! Must be absolute horror in there!
Proactive caution and panic could also trigger reports of benign activity.
Hearing at Paris there was a gunman.
Also hearing could be an effort to create massive chaos.

I work on the strip and this week everybody had to complete an active shooter training course online. I’ve worked here 6 years and it’s the first time we’ve done anything like that.

definitely more than one shooter, you can hear distinctive separate firings on some of the audio
Yeah the Mandala Bay and a music festival seems to be the target and it looks pretty bad there according to reports.

If Jihad, the target is similar to that in Paris (Bataclan theater) and Manchester - infidels having a good time.
If BLM - it’s white folks having a good time.
If something else, like someone with a specific connection to the country music event (less likely) then the suspect range is broader.

It sounds like total chaos on the strip with all the hotels locked down and reports of shooting at hotels all down the strip (with most of them being checked out as didn’t happen)
Yes, the target selection (country music fans - predominately white & Conservative) made me think strong likelihood of BLM ragers.
OMG...Fox just tried to talk to a medic..they approached him and said “can you say anything...how is it in there?” The guy shook his head and was actually crying...”terrible, terrible”...
