I'd like to see him give them an updated speech similar to the one Oliver Cromwell gave the Long Parliament in 1653. All sentences except the "bauble" would apply to them today.

You know, I would support it if he did it next spring.
Announce that every person in Congress would be removed and replaced in early January 2019. (if he could do so Constitutionally)
Elections in the fall would replace the members of Congress with new people across the board.
He would leave Congress in Session until the election, and then refuse to sign any new legislation until the new body was seated by the January 2019 swearing in.
If it remained in session, declarations of war or other emergencies could be addressed after the election and before the new swearing in, if absolutely needed.
