Some of these crybabies are always there to criticize President Trump and/or to have positions that make his job more difficult. I think back to that awful situation with the criticisms of AG Sessions.
President Trump's position has always been that immigration has to be legal and entry into the US has to be well-monitored.
I understand this, totally. President Trump absolutely does care about the plight of people. He's sacrificed an ideal life in the attempt to save the US. Paul Ryan wanted to negotiate to pass funding that was needed ASAP to save lives in a catastrophe? It was just too much.
Those of us who are true Deplorables "get" President Trump. We admire him even more for putting the well-being and even the lives of people suffering through a catastrophe ahead of Swampthing Politics. Now maybe all of DC's pathetic little lizards can turn it around and actually legislate.
And, another thing. I'm SO glad Melania is at his side during these times of crisis. What a role model she is.....beautiful, intelligent, accomplished, compassionate. I put Karen Pence in that same category. I'd love to see all four of them together in more situations.

In my humble opinion, the children of illegal immigrants should be granted citizenship for several reasons:
1. They have been brought here through no fault of their own.
2. Most of them probably cannot write or read (at least properly) in their language of country of origin.
3. They’ve grown up as Americans and speak perfect English.
4. It would be cruel and unusual punishment to castigate them for their parents’ sins, which if you will agree, is completely against Western principles.
5. Exporting/Deporting them would go against Christian values of fairness.Didn’t Christ say,”Go and sin no more.”
6. My interpretation of that is to say “OK. you can be a citizen.” But build the wall and no others shall immigrate.
I haven't. I've thought about it further and have had a change of heart. The dreamers should be given permanent resident status, NOT citizenship. (Not the right to vote)
They can work their way up from there without worrying about being deported. This way they CAN be deported if they commit crimes, are gang members,etc. This solution is fairer.
Look. It's not their fault that we messed up and let them stay for 20 some odd years. Let's be just, not rash.

The dreamer program is full of fraud. That fraud will pick up then this *is*amnesty. Not a crybaby, a fact baby!
Imagine this, someone crosses the border today as a grown up and uses the dreamer act.. If you don’t believe that is and will happen, you are beyond rational thought.
This is a deal with Pelosi and shumer... do you think they are good for American freedom? Do their values line up with yours?

No, it's easy to ascertain that they went through many years of public schools, have had addresses, friends, relationships, photos, etc. Sure, there will be outliers with false documents, but for the vast majority of cases, this will not be what happens. I say give them permanent resident status, NOT citizenship. Think about it.
If this is true, America is in more danger than we’ve faced since 1861-1865. Fortunately, it’s from Schumer and Pelosi, who are not known for telling the truth.

No amnesty, I don’t care whose name is on it. If we have to fight Trump like we fought Jorge Bush, so be it. Kill the Nightmare Act. Deport them all. Let them return some day IF they did not commit any crimes and IF we need them, which is not likely.
I’m not concerned with a wall not being a perfect deterrent. I’ll accept “pretty good”.
I’ll agree to legal status for that subset of people in exchange for a wall. No less.
I’m not an apologist for Trump - I’m very concerned about a bad deal. However, I think Trump is talking to Schumer and Pelosi in order to light a fire under the GOP in hopes they’ll move to eliminate the filibuster.
