The democrat/taliban freaks are taking over.
My GOD! There are only male and females!
That boy should be taken from the crazy parents and raised as a male as he is!

The mother complaining and the teacher disciplining is guilty of mass psychological child abuse of every kid in that school, in a town that has one freeway exit and who’s only claim to fame ever was as the former summer home of the Niners.

Remember decades ago “Nothing that demeans women can be art!”
It’s like some fanatical religious cult. First they claimed that whatever they don’t like is “aggression.” Then they started taking over everything, invading girls’ bathrooms, telling everyone what to say and do, and trying to attack or jail anyone who disagrees. Even not speaking is a sin. When Trump doesn’t mention something, or it’s not the first thing he says it’s grounds for impeachment.

Good point. A charter school isn’t the same as a private school.

RE:”
Before you laugh, consider that “bathroom bills” to keep biological males out of female bathrooms have failed for fear of boycotts.” On the surface based on the title it would be ruled totally unconstitutional.
Even if was private nursing homes its hard to believe it would be upheld.
Is there something missing?
Is it CA government nursing homes?

New York City passed an ordinance in 2015 which levied up to a 250K fine for using the "wrong" gender pronoun (so you have to ask in case they use "zie" "zim" "zir" "zis" etc. etc.) I have not seen any reports of such fines, but the hassle and legal fees alone is one reason I don't want to be there. Yes, it should be ruled unconstitutional, but there are so many rogue judges and prosecutors, it is scary. The CA bill I linked just says "nursing homes" but it has not passed both houses yet. These lunatics are like the Borg. Freedom is irrelevant, resistance is futile, and they never give up.

The next ‘sexist standard’ is all men and women are the same height - five foot nine inches.
Anyone who thinks men are taller is a sexist.

In places like NYC and CA they are never going to elect sane people, so the govt can hold the sword of legal costs and possibly conviction of an unconstitutional law over the few people who care about the Constitution.

Im a native Californian. The thing I hate the most is that is such a beautiful place, whats left of it. I am also a native of the once golden state.
I left almost 3 years ago for a nice "red" state, and I do not regret the move, at all.
(I was partially hoping to be wrong, I was not, even a little.)
