In his letter to the special counsel, which was sent on Tuesday, Burkman argues that Rich’s murder “may be the ‘missing link’ that connects otherwise incongruent events relating to Russia collusion in the 2016 presidential election.” Burkman says in the letter that he is “willing to testify under oath” and “will share what we know” about the Rich murder.

I’d agree with the first sentence but change the second and add a third:
1. Seth Rich was the leak from the DNC to Wikileaks.
2. RussiaRussiaRussia was the way to discredit Wikileaks and limit damage to HRC by claiming it was mere Russian propaganda, rather than DNC whistleblower.
3. The Seth Rich murder was to cover-up 2.
Makes sense
Rich could have been a 'true believer' in the Sanders camp - or more likely a 'babe in the woods' who wanted to expose corruption ... and "make the world a better place".
If Russians encouraged him - or supplied him with information showing what the DNC was up to - is anyone's guess. It's possible. They liked Bernie. Bernie has a long history with communists going back to his Trotskyite days in Chicago '64 (The FBI probably has file pictures of people attending those meetings...) Anyhow Rich could have been a useful idiot... pure as the driven snow and twice as gullible. He could have acted alone - or with 'help'... If democrat elite goons weren't running the show we might find out the truth. I suspect Mueller and his merry band of Clinton donors don't give a damn about the truth... they're after Trump. History won't be kind to Mueller.
I always like reading your posts, because you put some thought into them. I believe that Seymour Hirsch's statement (ignored by the sockpuppet media of course) makes the case for Rich as the leaker substantially stronger.
What Newsweak is doing is conflating the leak and the murder, so by debunking the murder, they debunk the leak.
Makes sense. As the hacking theory weakens they have to try something. Note that this "GOP lobbyist" in the article says that Rich "discovered evidence of Russian hacking." Wonder where that notion originated....

My $.02 is that the DNC someone caught on; perhaps knowing he was the only person with such access and a rabid Bernie supporter. JA made it as plain as could be that SR was the leaker (without saying it outright).
DWS knows where the bodies are buried, the DNC and Hillary know about her shenanigans and vice-versa.
Hence, DWS’s brother makes sure the investigation doesn’t go too far.
Either SR’s family is scared, paid off or dumber than a box of hammers.

Exactly. And as a side benefit, McCain seems to be itching for war with Russia as well as attack Trump.
I don’t know who Burkman is, but he could be a Uniparty Republican trying to tie the Russians in to stay with the narrative.

Julian Assange said the source of the DNC e-mails was not the Russians.
There was no hack, that’s why they would not let the FBI or anyone look at their system.
It was a leak and he got plugged.
My suspicion is that the actual shooters were dispatched post-haste.
Money taken = successful robbery.
No money taken = unsuccessful robbery.
Of course it's possible that it wasn't a robbery, but "botched" and "no money taken" go together.

He does look like somebody who might happen to be walking down the wrong street at the wrong time in the middle of the night.
