In his letter to the special counsel, which was sent on Tuesday, Burkman argues that Rich’s murder “may be the ‘missing link’ that connects otherwise incongruent events relating to Russia collusion in the 2016 presidential election.” Burkman says in the letter that he is “willing to testify under oath” and “will share what we know” about the Rich murder.

According to the article this “GOP operative” now wants Mueller to investigate the idea that Seth Rich leaked the DNC emails and was involved with the Russians. Based on an anonymous source of course. Why not? Let’s combine the theories. Note that Wikileaks claims the Russians were not involved in the DNC leaks.
It’s possible he could have been both a leaker and a victim of a street crime with neither being connected. Sometimes you just get dead.

If the Seth Rich murder is going to be investigated it should be done by a different special prosecutor. Mueller is a Clinton toadie and he will not conduct an honest investigation. It’s in his best interest to find no connection between Rich and Hillary.

Also if Hillary and company are convinced that the DNC "hacking" story is falling apart, i. e. the emails were leaked, they still want to make Russia a part of the espionage. Hell, they will probably claim that Awan was working with the Russians.

If Mueller were to include the Seth Rich murder in his investigation, his sole purpose would be to put the entire trove of evidence in a “lock box” which would prevent all or any other prosecution efforts. There is no state which can claim jurisdiction. It is Washington, DC. Swamp guards represent the local authority.

Or Mueller could let Burkman testify and look like a fool (which he probably is) to discredit the idea that Rich leaked the emails.
