Sounds like just another reason to NEVER buy one of their overly expensive dolls and all the additional accoutrements.

It took a lot of determination, courage, and confidence to become the first woman to be nominated for president by a major political party
Not to mention some lying, cheating, and other dirty tricks to make sure that someone else didn't get the nomination.

Marry a two-timing lying tomcat who is going places, grab his shorthairs and blackmail him and his entire party to get the money and power what you want?
That’s sure a stirring lesson for young girls.

Not surprising. I use to like American Girl books for the AR program when by daughter was in 1st grade, not so much their overprice dolls, outfits and matching outfits for the kid, never bought one. Doesn’t surprise me. Aren’t they based in Cousin Barack’s adopted hometown of Chiraq?

This story about young Hillary is REALLY going to be quite an exciting book!
I never knew she ran for president of the Student Council and lost both times, once to a black kid and then to a rich white kid. She did serve one term as the Secretary of the Student Council though, there was a bit of controversy, instead of using the schools equipment, for some reason she made copies of all the records and meeting minutes on an old mimeograph machine her parents kept in a basement bathroom and then instead of turning them in at the end of her term like she was suppose to, she threw them away. But a student at a rival school who wrote a newsletter titled "Schooleaks" dug them out and published them. Many were shocked to find out Hillary was using her position as Secretary to convince alumni to donate to her personal college fund. There are sad stories as well, such as the time in the 5th grade when Hillary caught her first boyfriend holding hands with another girl and then found out he had pretty much held hands with every girl in the class. Strangely instead of blaming him, she labeled all the other girls "hand holding cheats" and spent the next year destroying their reputations. There is even one scary episode when young Hillary collapsed boarding the school bus, but luckily her friends jumped around her so the school photographer couldn't get a good picture.

“The True Story of Hillary Clinton” - if it’s the true story - is full of ugly facts that children should not have to hear about until they are nearly adults.
