President Donald Trump took time out of his busy schedule to greet a wedding party at his New Jersey golf club on the first day of his 17-day vacation.
Trump hopped out of his golf cart to say hello and schmooze attendees of a wedding that was hosted at his National Golf Club in Bedminster on Saturday.
The president sported his iconic Make America Great Again cap as he ambled over to the group and asked some of the women where the bride was.
Trump was seemingly in a good mood on the first day of his 17-day golf vacation, despite critics slamming the president for the extended trip.
However, Trump is adamant that his time spent at the luxury club isn't a holiday but rather a working trip and he is taking meetings and calls.
The wedding clip, filmed by a member of the wedding party, shows Trump getting out from behind the wheel of a golf cart and walking over to the group.
Trump asks them where the bride and groom were as the wedding party excitedly chatters among themselves.
They jokingly say they've been cleared by security and are willing to be strip searched as Trump approaches them.
Trump asks to someone in the wedding party if his 'star' was doing a good job, making the group laugh.
The video was uploaded to Instagram and the user captioned the clip: 'Look who Mike bumped into at Trump National.'
ABC6 reported that Trump asked the group if they were enjoying themselves before taking a selfie with them and waving goodbye.
Trump announced his getaway on Thursday, which was met with much criticism.
However, Trump is adamant that his 17-day excursion outside of the White House isn't a vacation and that he is working - taking 'meetings and calls'.

Trump National was built on a 506-acre property that was the former estate of auto tycoon John DeLorean. Robert Wood Johnson IV -- the owner of the New York Jets who has been nominated to serve as the U.S. ambassador to Great Britain -- lives right across the road. Steve Forbes lives about a quarter of a mile away from the southern edge of the golf course ... and if you ever see photos or video clips of protesters out in Bedminster during Trump's visits, these demonstrators are confined in an area along Route 206 that is right across the road from the quaint brick office building with the colonial trim that used to be the headquarters for Forbes magazine.
I suspect you're right about the media and their anger about not going to the Hamptons or Martha's Vineyard. Bedminster is a beautiful area ... but as I've posted previously on this topic, nobody goes on vacation there for 17 hours, let alone 17 days.
He needs to get out of that cesspool of spies and if the leaks follow him then there is a smaller group of suspects.

They only took a vaca because of the renovations going on in the WH. So .. I agree .. it might not be a vaca at all; just a place to relocate while all the noise is going on in the WH.

Although the repairs force the Pres to relocate for a few weeks, the Donald’s security team will clean the course as well as Secret Service. No bugs = staffers leaking = small finite group of accountable people. President Trump is always playing 3D chess with checker playing opponents. MAGA!

Let's face it. The only reason why the media is making a big deal of this is because of Trump's criticism of Obama's vacations and his claim that he would be too busy to golf and vacation himself. Throw away comments that the media are now fixating on.

Democrat presidents Rent high end residences of the wealthy using taxpayers money. Republican Presidents take their time away from the Whitehouse by going HOME. The Republican Presidents like going “home” to rest.
