Legal team probing 'surreptitious' Lynch-Clinton tarmac meeting while Hillary under investigation!
A legal team probing the “surreptitious” airport tarmac meeting in Phoenix between then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton – just as Hillary Clinton was under FBI investigation for her handling of classified information – contends the FBI under James Comey lied about it.
The American Center for Law and Justice said it has obtained “hundreds of pages in our ongoing investigation and federal lawsuit on former Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s tarmac meeting with former President Bill Clinton while the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI had an ongoing criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails.”
“The results are shocking,” the non-profit legal advocacy group said.
“First, the Comey FBI lied to us. Last July, we sent FOIA requests to both the Comey FBI and the Lynch DOJ asking for any documents related to the Clinton Lynch plane meeting. The FBI, under the then directorship of James Comey, quickly replied that ‘No records responsive to your request were located.'”
However, from records that now have become available, it is “clear that there were multiple records within the FBI responsive to our request and that discussions regarding the surreptitious meeting between then AG Lynch and the husband of the subject of an ongoing FBI criminal investigation reached the highest levels of the FBI.”

Slightly OT but I think worth mentioning.
The matter before Mueller is not a criminal matter. It says so in his contract(I believe). How can a Grand Jury be impaneled if there are no criminal matters to present?
Secondly, Mueller is a special Counsel, not a Special Prosecutor. Doesn’t he need approval to proceed to a Grand jury? Even if he is doing so for subpoena reasons, he needs someone to clear the matter. Who cleared it? If the answer is “no one” then Mueller has taken over the DOJ.
It should be removed to the most conservative county in America. Not sure which that is but i know there is a county-by-county vote result list somewhere. These are Trump’s peers - not the political and welfare classes that infest DC.
That would be awesome. Trump has access to records that others don’t. Send a vile associate to get all Obamas records and start leaking them. What is Obama going to do. sue him? The first thing I would do is get his Selective Service Records and compare them with the fake date stamp of 2 digits. That will open the flood gates. Also, The only reason the IRS is still intact with the same leadership is they have numerous records showing Obama and the Mooch Thing are complete frauds.

Seeing that Comey is one of Mueller’s main witnesses this will further damage his credibility. Also more ammunition for a special prosecutor.
Once again it’s up to ACLJ and Judicial Watch to investigate. Congress is completely disinterested.
If they can go after Trump for nothing they can go after Comey for proven perjury.

Once charged, he will likely assert his 5th amendment rights during grand jury testimony, which will make him look guilty as heck to the jurors, and undermine him as a credible witness.
If Comey does not take the 5th, then he will likely tell even deeper lies, which will ultimately help Trump when Comey finally loses it. Then, an non-credible Comey can taint Mueller.

I don’t believe Mueller has the authority to empanel a Grand Jury. I believe he has to get approval from the person who appointed him. It would not be hard and/or abnormal. Thats they way it works. I don’t understand how he opened a Grand Jury without this approval. someone is holding something back. Also, Mueller is not a Special Prosecutor. A Special counsel can not open Grand Jury. If that were true, everyone of the 16 lawyers he appointed would be able to open their own GRand Jury. Every lawyer in every Dept. would be their own boss. I blame it all on Sessions. Trump is getting in deep. He can’t fire Mueller or Sessions. Elsewise, the entire Congress will impeach him. The Republicans are doing us no favors. Lisa Murkowski blocked Trump from making recess appointments.
Last night on Hannity Jay Sekulow said he thought the grand jury stuff is BS. Says they would have heard from someone asking for info or documents, etc. says they haven’t heard from anyone....period.
