Bright orange signs warning people that Twin Cities police startle easily appeared at two St. Paul intersections on Sunday. The Twin Cities Police Easily Startled sign shows a figure in a police uniform with legs spread and firing a gun in each hand.

What's weird is supporting a police department that uses PC to hire its officers and then circles the wagons when their muzzie recruit guns down a woman in her PJs. I don't think that's a liberal concern.
So. Did you get the **** back in your car???
I trust you’ve never made that kind of mistake again.
If you think about it - Justine never should have wandered out into a possible crime scene.
“What’s weird is supporting a police department that uses PC to hire its officers and then circles the wagons when their muzzie recruit guns down a woman in her PJs.”
You have no basis to make such a claim. That’s meaningless demagoguery.
” I don’t think that’s a liberal concern.”
Black Lives Matter is not supporting the policeman or the department.
One problem with BLM and others is not that they oppose unlawful or unjust police killings but that they have a priori assumptions and conclusions and base their opinions and discussions on hearsay and gossip rather than waiting for formal investigation to determine the facts of the case.
Another thing is using the above for broader political agendas.
I see this same mindset and dynamic in threads on this incident.
I do not know. I am however, standing by to be enlightened, if you have the data.
In the community I live in, it’s zero.

Not that often. And especially not good neighborhoods using women in pajamas as bait. Really what the hell was the woman supposed to do? It’s pretty typical after calling the cops to talk to them. The fact of the matter is this was murder, pure and simple, and any excuse mongering of it is pathetic and that person should feel shame, and stop watching so much bad TV that puts stupid ideas in your head.
Probably didn’t see it, he was probably facing out his window looking at the woman so the gun was not in his vision, and he’s probably lost most of the hearing in that ear.
I think the majority of cops are not BAD cops regardless of jurisdiction. However, the position of police officer does require that the cop not be afraid of confrontation. Somebody that has the personality of a shy bookkeeper is not going to be effective. So the minimum is that they not be afraid of confrontation. Some of them will swing farther out on the spectrum and actually SEEK OUT confrontation. Some of them will cross the line on use of acceptable force.
My biggest concern with cops is that I think that in general they'll support their fellow cop, even when they see him doing something they feel crosses the line. They have an "us vs them" view. In fact I'd bet that it is MUCH more likely for a cop to make false statements on a report in order to help cover up for a bad cop, than to make an honest statement that they think will get a fellow cop fired. They may not think that the bad cop should go unpunished, but they sure don't want to deal with the peer pressure from their fellow officers that might think otherwise.
Interesting immediate reference you think of.

It is really hard to justify shooting an unarmed woman in her pajamas who was looking for the police help with what she thought was a crime in progress. No one has claimed that she did anything aggressive or threatening toward the officers only that there was a loud noise nearby that startled them. But those two startled officers were able to go home safe that night so all is OK.
Why are statists so easily offended when the actions of some of them are called into question?
At this point, many people with brains have turned in their guns and badges, having seen which way the wind is blowing. That always means their replacements are less competent.
Police shootings fall into 1 of 3 categories...
80% of all police shootings are justifiable.
1% of all police shootings are because some asshole wants to kill a black kid, a woman, a Mexican, a dog, another person they don’t like, etc....
19% of all police shootings are because the particular officer who fired the shot was a pussy who had never been in a fist fight and was scared of getting their ass kicked.
I Hope so...
"Please, I scare easily!"
Then bashes the guy over the head, and takes the gun.

Mpls cops have paid out big bucks to settle “thumping” incidents.
Local taxpayers better get ready for another whopper.
