What are the staffer’s circumstances today; still a staffer, self-employed or what?

What is the impetus for making his accusation now? Trying to get his pound of flesh before the old queen dies or what?

Carroll is a former governor in Kentucky. If I recall correctly, he held office in the mid 1970s.

OK so call me a cynic but this occurred 12 years ago. The Democrats have protected him all this time. What did Senator Carroll refuse to play ball on? They don’t use their leverage without cause.
