The partner of a Minneapolis cop who shot dead bride-to-be Justine Damond was 'stunned' when the officer opened fire through a squad car door, sources say.
Officer Matthew Harrity, who was in the driving seat, was speaking to Damond after she called 911 to report a sexual assault occurring near her home, when his partner reached across him and fatally shot her in the abdomen.
A police source told KARE11 that Harrity was 'left stunned' by Noor's actions.
The revelation makes the motive for shooting all the more mysterious as it appears that Harrity did not view Damond as posing a threat.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, BCA, investigating the incident, is remaining tight lipped about what happened late that Saturday night until they finish interviewing Noor and Harrity as part of their probe.
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Minneapolis Betsy Hodges is demanding to know why neither officer had their bodycam turned on at the time, which she called a 'key question' for investigators.

Neither of the officers switched on their body cameras.
Harrity, the squad car driver, was speaking to Damon who was stood outside the car window when Noor leaned across him and opened fire.
Noor shot multiple times, hitting Damon once in the abdomen. She died at 11.51pm from the gunshot wound, the autopsy revealed.
So she was laying there bleeding out from 11:30 to 11:51? I wonder if she had a previous encounter with this guy and he recognized her?

The Mayor has a right to demand to know why the cameras were turned off and the people have a right to demand to know why she insisted that the department hire thugs like this all in the name of diversity and inclusion. I guess the Aussie woman was not included in the diversity and inclusion. And I notice not a single media outlet is using race to describe this murder when they use it every time a white officer kills a black person. No wonder people hate the media.

Just imagine for a moment that a white officer in the passenger seat leans across his black partner and shoots a black woman who is talking to them. We would be in Civil War by now. Yet not a single media outlet has mentioned that the cop is black and the woman white. When the races are reversed, we hear about it forever. This doesnt fit the agenda of the hard core left and the media is doing their best to ignore it.
What kind of city gives a gun and a badge to a Somali “asylum seeker” ?
Contrast this with the Walter Scott shooting. Cop was fired almost immediately and arrested on murder charges once the video came to light. Let’s see how long it takes for Minneapolis officials to do what’s right. I’m guessing that right now they’re trying to figure a way to spin this to make it look like the moslem wasn’t at fault. Because Democrats can’t stand it when the scenario doesn’t fit their narrative.

Cop went to trial, pleaded fear for his safety, and walked due to a hung jury. I'll bet this cop takes the same route.
Someone tried to help her at least. They said two shots fired.
